摘要： According to one embodiment, in a storage cell system, cell lines each formed by connecting a prescribed number of storage cells in series are connected in parallel to form a storage cell module. Each unit is formed by connecting a prescribed number of storage cell modules in parallel. Outputs of a number of units corresponding to load capacity are linked in parallel and supplied to a load. At this time, current is limited to an extent that the storage cells are not damaged by interposing a current-limiting resistor in an output line of the storage cell module.

摘要： A semiconductor device includes a first circuit unit, comprising a first buffer, a second buffer, and a first processing unit, connected to a first power supply system, and a second circuit unit, comprising a third buffer, connected to a second power supply system different from the first power supply system. The semiconductor device includes a first oscillation signal generating circuit connected to the first power supply system, and a second oscillation signal generating circuit connected to the second power supply system. A first oscillation signal generated by the first oscillation signal generating circuit is input to the first buffer. A second oscillation signal generated by the second oscillation signal generating circuit is input to the second buffer through the third buffer. The first buffer selectively outputs the input first oscillation signal and the second buffer selectively outputs the input second oscillation signal based on a value of a control signal.

摘要： According to an embodiment, a local oscillator includes a digitally-controlled oscillator, a frequency multiplier, a phase data generator, a subtracter, a moving average filter and a loop filter. The frequency multiplier is configured to multiply a frequency of a reference signal by N (where N is an integer of 2 or more) and generate a multiplication reference signal. The phase data generator is configured to output phase data of the oscillating signal in synchronization with the multiplication reference signal. The subtracter is configured to subtract the phase data from reference phase data and output the subtraction result as first phase error data. The moving average filter is configured to output, as second phase error data, a moving average of the consecutive N first phase error data in synchronization with the multiplication reference signal. The loop filter is configured to filter the second phase error data.

The train position detection apparatus includes: a memory that stores therein in advance a railway design standard of a railway track on which the train travels; and one or more hardware processors that detect a position of the train by self-contained navigation based on an input signal from a self-contained navigation sensor.
