The method includes applying a frit to at least one of a first substrate having a pixel region and a second substrate, plasticizing the frit, and aligning the first substrate, the second substrate, and a light radiating device to define an exposure region on the at least one of the first substrate and the second substrate, and radiating the light to the frit to couple the first substrate and the second substrate.
