摘要： Disclosed is a method for forming an organic thin film using a good solvent and a non-solvent to promote crystallization of an organic material. The method may enable the formation of a dense, uniform, highly ordered organic thin film by a wet process in a simple and an economical manner. Therefore, the organic thin film may be used as a gate insulating layer or a semiconductor layer to fabricate an organic electronic device having improved electrical properties, e.g., increased charge carrier mobility. Further disclosed are an organic thin film formed by the method and an organic electronic device including the organic thin film.

摘要： A liquid crystal display (LCD) includes thin film transistors (TFTs) each having spaced apart source/drain electrodes and an oxide-type semiconductive film disposed over and between the source/drain electrodes to define an active layer. Each of the source/drain electrodes includes a portion of a subdivided transparent conductive layer where one subdivision of the transparent conductive layer continues from within its one of the source/drain electrodes to define an optically exposed pixel-electrode that is reliably connected integrally to the one source/drain electrode. Mass production costs can be reduced and production reliability increased because a fewer number of photolithographic masks can be used to form the TFTs.

摘要： A disk drive mounting structure and method for mounting a disk drive to a computer chassis is disclosed. The mounting structure has a chassis, first and second brackets and first and second locking members. The chassis has a base surface. The first bracket has a drive-supporting surface and is separably combined with the base surface. The second bracket has two opposing side portions and a top portion connecting the side portions and is combined with the first bracket at its side portions with the top portion being spaced apart from the drive-supporting surface. The first locking member is formed on the drive-supporting surface and is engaged with a first sidewall of the disk drive. The second locking member is formed on one of the side portions of the second bracket and is engaged with a second sidewall of the disk drive.
