    • A method and apparatus are provided for reconstructing 3D image. The method may include the steps of: detecting a plurality of line of responses (LORs) emitted from an object; transforming the plurality of LORs into first sinogram data; back-projecting the first sinogram data with a plurality of projection angles to produce image data for the object; and projecting the produced image data with the plurality of projection angles to transform the image data into second sinogram data. The back-projecting may include filling pixels of image plane for each of the plurality of projection angles with the first sinogram data and rotating a coordinate axis of the image plane with corresponding projection angle to produce the image data. The projecting may include rotating the image data with corresponding projection angle in an opposite direction before projecting the image data with the plurality of projection angles. The projecting and the back-projecting may use symmetry properties in coordinate space.

    • The present invention discloses a method for screening a sensing margin generated by a gate residue in a memory cell transistor. The method for screening failure of the memory cell transistor is summarized as follows. A test mode signal for sensing margin control is supplied. A write operation is performed to store data in the cell transistor. A word line is enabled by an active command. Isolated transistors disposed between a bit line coupled to the cell transistor and a bit line coupled to a sense amplifier are disabled to intercept a sensing operation. A voltage of the bit line coupled to the cell transistor is measured for a predetermined time. Here, voltage variations on the bit line are measured to screen failure of the cell transistor.

    • A crash recovery system and method for distributed file server using object based storage are provided. The system includes: a client for accessing a file system using an object-based storage device (OSDFS), transmitting a command to an object-based storage device (OSD) and accessing a metadata server (MDS); a network for providing an interface and transferring data between the client, the metadata server and the object-based storage device; an object-based storage device for analyzing the command from the client and performing corresponding operations of the command; and a metadata server for storing and managing metadata controlling a direct access to a predetermined file from the client to the object based storage device in order to provide the metadata to the client, and checking and recovering a consistency of the stored and managed metadata when the OSDFS is malfunctioned.
