    • A method and an apparatus for controlling a convergence distance for observation of a 3-D image are provided. The apparatus includes an object image storage, a guide image storage, an image synthesizer, and a controller. The object image storage stores object image data generated by photographing 3-dimensionally an object positioned at an object image point. The guide image storage stores guide image data generated by sequentially moving back and forth of the object image point and photographing 3-dimensionally a guide object. The image synthesizer receives the object image data and the guide image data to generate a synthesized image. The controller controls to sequentially output the guide image data and if a photographing distance of the guide image data coincides with an object image point, controls to stop the outputting of the guide image data so that a convergence distance of an observer may coincide with the object image point.

    • A method of adjusting a pointing position on a display during click operation is performed by using a 3D input device including a first unit for detecting movement of a hand and a second unit for detecting movement of a finger, the method including detecting and outputting a hand movement signal by using the first unit, and locating the pointing position on the display based on the hand movement signal; waiting for a click signal generated from the second unit during a second time period if the hand movement signal is not detected during a first time period; and outputting the click signal and preventing the hand movement signal generated from the first unit during the second time period from being output if the click signal is generated during the second time period.

    • A digital content transmission apparatus, method and medium, and a digital content reception apparatus, method and medium enable multimedia content, extracted according to the location and time of a transmitting mobile terminal, and alphanumeric text, to be combined into a single message sent to a receiving mobile terminal, thereby allowing a user of the transmitting mobile terminal to reflect the circumstances facing the user in the message.
