摘要： A moving image distribution system, wherein the user can view content moving images at no charge, and the provider of the content moving images can prevent a drain of the moving image contents and can protect the copy right thereof, as a copy right holder, without fail. The moving images are divided, along a time axis, into two master and slave nonreproducible moving image files. The slave moving image file (small file) is encrypted based on CM file data in which a predetermined CM element has been incorporated. In response to a reproduction request of a user terminal that possesses the master moving image file (main file) in advance, the slave moving image file is distributed with the CM moving images to the user terminal via a network line such as the Internet.

摘要： An insulating structure is formed that favorably maintains gap-fill capability of a narrow width pattern in a memory cell while also preventing the formation of cracks in an insulator in a peripheral circuit, and has the memory cell and peripheral circuit within the same layer. The present invention provides an insulating structure comprising a substrate and a circuit pattern formed on the substrate, wherein the circuit pattern has a narrow width region having a narrow width pattern of a width of 30 nm or less and a wide width region having a wide width pattern of a width of greater than 100 nm in the same layer, and the same insulating composition is formed within the narrow width pattern and within the wide width pattern.

The seal member includes a body portion mounted to the movable member and a lip portion contacting an outer portion of the shaft member, the lip portion has an oblique surface having an axial section inclining with respect to its axial direction, the body portion has an urging member urging the lip portion in a diameter direction of the shaft member and a reinforcing portion reinforcing the body portion. The urging member is located on the reinforcing portion side than the tip end of the lip portion in the axial sectional shape of the lip portion.
