摘要： The invention concerns a liquid droplet spray device for atomising a liquid substance, comprising a housing comprising a first substrate, a second substrate superposed on the first substrate and a space enclosed by said first and second substrates for containing the liquid substance. An outlet means is arranged in at least one of said first or second substrates and comprises at least one outlet nozzle (19) and at least one output channel (20) connecting the space (12) to each outlet nozzle (19). A vibrating element (18) is disposed to vibrate liquid in said space (12) so as to eject said liquid substance as a spray through said outlet nozzles (19). According to the present invention, each output channel (20) has a first portion (20a), a second portion (20b) and a third portion, said first portion being arranged adjacent said space (12) and having straight sidewalls, said third portion also having straight sidewalls, the width of said first portion being larger than the width of said third portion, said second portion connecting said first portion to said third portion such that the width of the output channel changes progressively from the width of said first portion to the width of said third portion.

A first and second substrate enclose a space for containing the liquid substance. Outlet means are arranged in the second substrate and have at least one outlet nozzle and at least one output channel, said output channel having straight side walls. Each output channel has a stepped shape having a wider portion and a thinner portion, the wider portion being arranged adjacent the space. The thinner portion contains a protrusion section protruding beyond the top surface of the second substrate such that the exterior side wall of the protrusion section is at a substantially straight angle with respect to the top surface of the second substrate.

The method includes pre-treating a substrate, placing the substrate in a bath comprising at least phosphoric acid and sulphuric acid to produce a thin anodized layer, rinsing the thin anodized layer in a solution, plating a surface of the thin anodized layer in an electro deposition bath following a plating current profile for a predetermined period, and increasing the plating current to the recommended bath plating current to produce the thin film coating having a desired initial coating thickness.

摘要： A programmable logic structure is disclosed employing input logic routing cell (ILRC) multiplexers and output logic routing cell (OLRC) multiplexers for making local connections between dedicated logic cells. In a simple programmable logic structure, a dedicated logic cell (DLC) is implemented in a programmable logic structure comprising multiple ILRC multiplexers for port A and multiple OLRC multiplexers for port B. In a multi-level programmable logic structure, multiple columns of dedicated logic cells is designed with columns of dedicated local cells adjacent to each other where each DLC column is used to implement a particular logic function. In a first embodiment, local connections can be made between dedicated logic cells, e.g. an OLRC in a first DLC at level L making local point-to-point connections to an ILRC in a second DLC at level L+1. In a second embodiment, local connections can be made from any other dedicated logic cells, whether positioned horizontally or vertically relative to a relative point or multiplexer, and from any offset from a current logic and routing cell (LRC). In a third embodiment, local connections can be made by stitching a first OLRC to a second OLRC (for connecting to an ILRC), which allows lines from other columns or levels of DLC to reach an ILRC for a fast local interconnect.
