摘要： A Siemens type CVD reactor device is provided. One or more radiation shields are disposed between a rod filament and a cooled wall in the reactor. The radiation shield absorbs radiant heat emanating from the heated polysilicon rod during the CVD process, gets heated above 400° C., re-radiate the absorbed heat toward both of the polysilicon rod and the cooled wall, so as to provide thermal shielding effect to the cooled wall. The net energy loss of the polysilicon rod is reduced as much as the amount of energy emitted toward the polysilicon rod from the radiation shield, such that considerable amount of electrical energy of the CVD reactor is reduced and saved. The energy reduction rate goes up much higher if using multiple layered radiation shields, low shielding emissivity, and low thermal conductivity together. The purity of the manufactured polysilicon can be maintained by using thermal shielding material that is stable in a high temperature such as graphite, silicon carbide-coated graphite, and silicon.

摘要： The present invention relates to a polymer paint composition for waterproof and anticorrosion of concrete, which prevents neutralization and salt damage of concrete gradually degraded by external environment, by fundamentally blocking the material causing such damage, and a method for waterproof and anticorrosion of concrete structure using the same. In particular, the present invention relates to a paint polymer composition for preventing neutralization and salt damage of concrete structures in the atmosphere or under water, such as concrete structures in various marine environments, harbor structures, underground structures, exposed structures, structures neutralized by aging, bridge structures repeatedly exposed to wetness and dryness, structures exposed to chemical erosion by calcium chloride, SOx, NOx, etc. In more particular, the present invention relates to a polymer paint composition which has an excellent ability of preventing salt damage and neutralization, is capable of controlling hardening time in the air or under water, and has excellent adhesiveness with concrete structures.

摘要： A specific targeting peptide binding to glypican-3 can specifically binds to glypican-3 overexpressed in carcinoma cells and includes an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID No. 1 or some thereof. Glypican-3 is overexpressed in malignant tumors including hepatocellular carcinoma, melanoma, germ cell tumor, etc., and may be targeted in diagnosis and treatment of tumors by marking the targeting peptide. A diagnosis using the targeting peptide may detect even small tumors more accurately than conventional methods. A treatment method using the targeting peptide may remove only carcinoma cells without harming other normal tissues.
