The method scans the document to identify and locate a citation in the document, where the citation is a link to a target document. The method stores the citation in a citations database. The method periodically compares the citations database to a changed documents database. When the comparison determines that the target document is a changed document, the method stores an entry in a hits database, where the entry identifies the document, the citation, and the target document. The method sends an alert message to the user to request that the user review the entry in the hits database.

摘要： A method and system is described for rapidly classifying a sample of a biological fluid, comprising obtaining a spectrum of the biological fluid in response to excitation of the sample in a specified frequency range, and applying a multivariate classifier to one or more spectral regions of the spectrum to classify the biological sample into one class in a set of classes, the classes comprising at least two disease states having similar clinical symptoms. Methods and systems for developing the classifiers are also described. In one example the classification uses a vibrational spectrometer (5) to provide spectra from serum. The multivariate classifier may run on processor (9) to distinguish between disease states having similar clinical symptoms, such as malaria and cerebral malaria.

摘要： The present invention relates to a novel removable, yet secure, gutter and fastener system. More particularly, the invention relates to elongated roof gutter sections which include a bottom member and a front wall and a rear wall attached lengthwise along the member's opposite edges thereby forming a channel. The gutter sections further include an overhanging lip consisting of the bottom member and protruding away from the channel at either end of the channel. The elongated roof gutter sections are removably mounted using a hook and slot, or an interlocking flange system to an elongated fastener member which, in turn, is mounted along the roof line of a building.
