摘要： A compact storage system, mountable for operation on a flat base platform, includes at least one guide rail having a roof and two legs depending from the roof thereby defining an inverted, generally U-shaped continuous channel. The guide rail is mounted in spaced generally mutually parallel relation to the base platform with its legs projecting toward the base platform so that the channel opens downwardly. The compact storage system further includes at least one movable storage unit that is supported for translational movement on the base platform. One or more guide rollers are mounted on the storage unit to be received in the channel of the guide rail with the guide roller being formed to engage either one of the legs of the rail for movement relative thereto. Accordingly, translational movement of the storage unit is confined to a path defined by the guide rail.

摘要： An enclosed shelving having a top shelf supported above a bottom shelf with each of the shelves including a peripheral lip, the enclosure having an open wire construction including side and rear panels provided with retaining fingers extending at the upper and lower ends thereof to engage the peripheral lip of the shelves, thereby retaining the panels in place. The fingers are offset with respect to the panels, with the extent of offset of the fingers alternating between a greater and lesser degree of offset to thereby straddle the peripheral shelf lip and retain the panels in place. A pair of front door panels are hinged to the side panels and are provided with a latching mechanism whereby the enclosed shelving can be used for security purposes.

The support post is composed of pultruded thermosetting plastic having unidirectional E Glass fibers extending therethrough and a thermoplastic coating bonded to the outer surface thereof. The inner surface of the interior side of the support post is bowed outwardly. As a result, when a wedge member is disposed on the interior side of the post and the support post and wedge member combination supports by wedge action a sleeve comprising an end beam and a collar, the interior side of the support post is urged outwardly and is supported by the wedge member. The collar is locked to the end beam when a tongue of the collar passes through a slot in the end beam into a rotatable lock in a blind hole in the bottom of the end beam. A plurality of shelves are adapted to be snap-fit over a rectangular support structure comprising two end beams, and two side beams and a center beam connecting the two end beams. In this manner the shelf can be easily assembled and disassembled and supported on a support post at a predetermined height.

摘要： A carrier for printed circuit boards formed of a substantially rectangular configuration having a pair of spaced apart opposing panels coupled between a pair of skeletal wire frames. Coupling devices are provided for adjustably coupling corresponding ends of each of the panels to the frames to thereby permit adjustment of the spacing between the panels. A plurality of spaced apart elongated guides are correspondingly formed on the panels for receiving opposing edges of circuit boards which are supported between the panels. Support devices are integrally formed at the opposing ends of each of the frames for providing a variety of types of supports for the carrier. At the same time, the support devices are utilized for providing an interlocking relationship between adjacent carriers for permitting vertical stacking of the carriers.

摘要： A device stores a plurality of dishes or the like in a plurality of stacks, with each stack at an object-receiving region within the device. The device includes a base and a plurality of spaced apart partitions for partitioning the space extending above the base into a plurality of object-receiving regions. The space between the partitions forms a pair of diametrically opposite slits in each object-receiving region. In one embodiment, four generally T-shaped partitions together form four object-receiving regions, and a central open region. In another embodiment, eight partitions, including two corner partitions, four generally T-shaped partitions, and two cross-shaped partitions, form nine object-receiving regions, one of which is a central open region extending above the center of the base. The use of diametrically opposed slits facilitates the loading and unloading of dishes and permits the slits to be relatively narrow so that they occupy a relatively small proportion, about 23% in one embodiment, of the total lateral periphery of the object-receiving regions. Further, the use of an object-receiving region positioned in the center of the device permits the formation of nine object-receiving regions, thereby increasing the number of stacks of dishes that can be stored in the device.

A generally flat tray of molded plastic is provided with a flange extending upwardly around its periphery. Rib sections are spaced periodically about the tray, forming generally parallel channels to the rib sections to allow free circulation of air and free drainage of liquids from the underside of stored items. Each rib section extends upwardly a greater extent than the peripheral flange. Slots are provided in each rib section further to allow the free circulation of air or other gases while restricting drainage of liquids.
