    • A fabricating method for controlling a hole-wall angle of a contact hole in a liquid crystal display (LCD) device is disclosed, which comprises the following steps of: A) applying a photoresist on a substrate to form a photoresist layer; B) exposing the photoresist layer by using a photo-hardening monomer of a predetermined pattern; and C) using a developer to develop the photoresist layer to obtain a hole-wall having a preset angle of the contact hole by controlling a development duration, a development temperature and a concentration of the developer. The present disclosure accurately controls the hole-wall inclination angle of the contact hole to range between 45° and 70° by means of the melting point characteristics of the photoresist comprising a photo-hardening monomer.

    • An LCD exposure stage device is used for placing a substrate thereon, and comprises: a stage having an upper surface contacting with a bottom surface of the substrate; and a plurality of moving pins disposed flat on the upper surface of the stage with pin heads thereof corresponding to side surfaces of the substrate respectively so that the substrate can move horizontally by the moving pins. According to the present disclosure, only the substrate needs to be moved, so the operations are more convenient; and because the stage is always kept at a fixed position, the requirement on its strength can be appropriately lowered. Furthermore, because the substrate contacts with the stage all the time during the moving and exposure processes, and the time necessary for the exposure process is shortened, which make fabrication of the whole LCD panel more efficient.

    • The present invention provides a color filter and a manufacturing method thereof. A transparent dyeable material is coated on a roller, and then imprint onto a patterned mold. A part of the transparent dyeable material is retained on the roller, and then imprinted onto a substrate by the roller and forms a black matrix (BM) layer through a dyeing process and a curing process in sequence. The other part of the transparent dyeable material is transferred onto the patterned mold for forming a plurality of softened color resist layers by the dyeing process, and then forms a plurality of color resist layers by a curing process after transferring the softened color resist layers onto the substrate having the BM layer.

    • The present disclosure provides color filter and a manufacturing method thereof, and a liquid crystal panel with the color filter. The color filter includes a substrate, a black matrix formed on the substrate, a number of spacers integrally formed with the black matrix; and a color filter with a thickness thereof being less than that of the black matrix. Color ink is disposed in the black matrix and is hardened to form the color filter layer. The black matrix and the spacers are integrally formed and made of the black film, which simplifies the manufacturing process of the color filter. Additionally, since the color filter layer is formed by the ink jet printing method, the height of the color filter is unlimited, which allows the black matrix and the spacers to be made of conventional material, and improves the yield rate of the color filter.
