The display panel includes data lines, scan lines disposed intersecting the data lines, pixel electrodes within area formed by two adjacent scan lines and two adjacent data lines, and thin film transistors disposed at intersecting points of scan lines and data lines; gate terminal of thin film transistor connected to scan line, source terminal of thin film transistor connected to data line and drain terminal of thin film transistor connected to pixel electrode. Overlapping area of drain terminal of thin film transistor and scan line forms parasitic capacitor Cgs, and overlapping area of drain terminal of thin film transistor and scan line increases from signal input end to signal out end of a same scan line so that capacitance of parasitic capacitor increases along the same line.

    • A liquid crystal display module is provided, which includes a display panel. The display panel disposes a plurality of panel solder pads. Two ends of each panel solder pad both dispose a wire longitudinally extending. The length of each panel solder pad longitudinally extends along a wire direction. The module further includes a FPC board, which has a plurality of FPC board solder pads. The FPC board solder pads and the panel solder pads are soldered together in a one-to-one corresponding relational manner after being aligned with each other by a machine. Two adjacent panel solder pads are stagger arranged along the wire direction. A distance between one panel solder pad and the corresponding wire of the other panel solder pad along the direction perpendicular to the wire is greater than a minimum of an alignment precision of the machine. A liquid crystal display panel is also provided.

    • The present invention provide an LCD panel comprising, comprising an array substrate; a color filter substrate disposed relatively to the array substrate; and a data driver IC and a scan driver IC for driving the LCD panel, wherein, the data driver IC and the scan driver IC are electrically connected through a wire on array disposed on the array substrate; wherein, an electric field shielding layer connected to the ground is further disposed between the wire on array and the color filter substrate. The present invention also provides an LCD device comprising an LCD panel. Accordingly, the present invention can avoid driver ICs malfunctioning due to the voltage change of the wire on array in order to improve display quality of the LCD panel.

    • A liquid crystal panel, the testing circuit and the testing method thereof are disclosed. The testing circuit includes shorting bars, bonding pads, and switches. The switches are arranged between the shorting bars and the bonding pads. In the testing process, the switches are turn on upon receiving the testing signals so as to transmit the testing signals from the shorting bars to the bonding pads. When the testing process ends, the switches are turn off to prevent the liquid crystal panel from being affected by the signals of the bonding pads during the normal screen display of the liquid crystal panel. In this way, the manufacturing cost is reduced.
