摘要： The invention relates to a photo-crosslinkable composition obtainable by a method comprising: (a) the hydrolysis and condensation reaction of a [(epoxycycloalkyl)alkyl]trialkoxysilane in solution in an organo-aqueous medium as described in specification to obtain a solution of an organo-mineral hybrid prepolymer, in which the totality or quasi-totality of the alkoxysilane groups has been hydrolysed, and which comprises in average at least 4 (epoxycycloalkyl)alkyl groups; (b) cooling the obtained polyepoxide prepolymer composition as described in specification: (c) adding to said composition at least one cationic-polymerisation photo-photoinitiator and at least one specific photosensitiser as describes in specification and adding a surfactant; (d) agitating the obtained composition as described in specification thus obtained; (e) filtering the obtained composition as described in specification thus obtained; and (f) storing the obtained liquid filtrate as described in specification thus obtained. The invention also relates to the a photocrosslinkable composition as a negative photosensitive resin in a photolithography process.

摘要： A transparent optical component comprises two sets of cells (1) disposed in respective superposed layers (10, 20). Each cell (1) contains an optically active material, and the cells in each set are isolated from one another by separating portions (2) within the corresponding layer. The cells (1) of one layer are offset relative to the cells of the other layer so as to be located in line with the separating portions (2) pertaining to the other layer. Such optical component exhibits transparency that is improved compared with components having a single layer of cells or cells that are superposed.

Each cell encloses a determined substance so as to endow the component with particular optical characteristics, and two neighbouring cells are separated by a wall (18). Some walls are not straight at the surface of the component, so that the light diffracted by the walls does not form any luminous glint or any flashing. In particular, the walls can be curved or made up of straight segments disposed end-to-end.

The optical component is thus pixelized by a cell network, the cells being separated by walls which may themselves be pixelized. Such an optical component is particularly useful for making optical elements such as ophthalmic lenses.

It consists in moving an amount of the substance (20) radially on the cells, towards a peripheral edge of the optical element, such that the substance penetrates each cell. Optionally, the cells may be sealed with a film (30) fixed on the partition walls (11) of the cells. The filling and the sealing of the cells may be carried out in a single step of the process.
