    • A "Steam Powered Stove" which burns any suitable fireplace fuel in a standard stove firebox. Directly above the firebox is a water boiler tank. This tank has tube penetration extending into the firebox for increased steam generation efficiency. Steam pressure is directed to a regulator which can readily be adjusted to the desired pressure by turning a long stem handwheel. Steam pressure strikes the blades of a turbine causing fans to rotate. Cold air is drawn by the fans through a heater box and then into the atmosphere. A removable pulley can be attached for driving other equipment. Water level is maintained by an inherent water fill tank. Used steam is exhausted up the vent pipe.

    • A nozzle body defines a first passage for receiving liquid from an ejector pump, and a first orifice extends from the liquid passage to a flat wall surface. The body also defines a second passage for receiving low pressure air which flows radially inwardly within a narrow space or channel defined between the flat wall surface and a parallel spaced disk having a second orifice aligned axially with the first orifice. The low pressure air flowing inwardly within the narrow chamber and between the orifices completely atomizes the liquid flowing outwardly through the orifices and permits high speed on/off pulsation of the liquid flow without the liquid dripping from the body and while minimizing the consumption of air.

    • Mass produced tools particularly useful for forming parts on screw machines and turret lathes. A plurality of identical tool blanks are stacked one upon another in a holder and are located and clamped in positions corresponding to the distance generated by their height and front relief angle thus permitting surfaces of a form to be mass produced upon the blanks while keeping the blanks interchangeable. The blanks are individually finished with required angles, radii, and side relief. These mass produced tools increase the availability and decrease the cost of form tools produced one at a time by previous methods. In addition, since they are identical, these tools are quickly changed in service without resetting or regrinding thus reducing production machine down time.

    • A hot melt pumping and dispensing apparatus for heating and pumping a heat liquefiable product from a barrel includes a platen movable into the barrel and having a plurality non-perforated, sector-shaped cast heater segments, each provided with an electric heater, arranged in a circle on the lower face of the platen and having inner ends defining a central space at a common apex thereof. The segments are spaced from each other to define narrow radial passageways between adjacent segments opening into the central space for delivery of liquefied product thereinto. A cartridge-type pump carried by the platen communicates with the central space. The lower face of each heater segment is provided with depending heat conducting cylindrical projections which extend in advance of the segments into the product in the barrel to preheat and soften the product. The segments may each have a truncated inner end or may each be pointed and have a truncated upper portion spaced radially outwardly of the point for defining the central space.
