摘要： A method of providing a Non-Real-Time (NRT) service includes receiving a file configuring the NRT service, first signaling information, and second signaling information in a state of being IP-packetized and contained in a single ensemble, configuring and displaying a service guide using the first signaling information acquired from the ensemble, acquiring a first content identifier of content selected from the displayed service guide, accessing a FLUTE session using the second signaling information acquired from the ensemble and acquiring a second content identifier matched with the first content identifier from the accessed FLUTE session, and receiving and storing at least one file configuring the content based on the acquired second content identifier.

摘要： A method for mapping signaling information to announcement information and a broadcast receiver are disclosed herein. A method of providing a Non-Real-Time (NRT) service, the method comprises extracting identification information of first signaling information and second signaling information based upon a program specific information/program and system information protocol (PSI/PSIP) table, receiving the first signaling information and second signaling information based upon the extracted identification information, constructing and displaying a service guide using the received first signaling information, acquiring first content identification information as a content selected from the displayed service guide, accessing a File Delivery over Unidirectional Transport (FLUTE) session using the received second signaling information, acquiring second content identification information matched with the acquired first content identification information from the accessed FLUTE session and receiving and storing one or more file constructing corresponding content based upon the acquired second content identification information.

摘要： A receiving system and a data processing method are disclosed. The receiving system includes a receiving unit, a demodulator, a first handler, a second handler, and a third handler. The receiving unit receives a broadcast signal comprising fast information channel (FIC) data, transmission parameter channel (TPC) data, and mobile service data packetized into an RS frame. The demodulator demodulates the broadcast signal. The first handler configures an ensemble from the RS frame, so as to acquire first signaling information including access information of the mobile service. The second handler receives second signaling information of the mobile service, so as to acquire content identification information of a second data type from the received second signaling information. And, the third handler extracts a mobile service identifier and a content identifier of a first data type from the first signaling information and constructs content identification information of a second data type.

摘要： A method of transmitting a broadcast signal includes encoding mobile service data to build a Reed-Solomon (RS) frame according to an RS frame mode, wherein the mobile service data is either a mobile service data of a base layer or a mobile service data of the base layer and at least one enhancement layer, wherein each layer is specified by a layer identifier, wherein a layer identifier value of the base layer is set to 0 and a layer identifier value of the at least one enhancement layer starts from 1; and encoding signaling data, wherein the signaling data includes fast information channel (FIC) data and transmission parameter channel (TPC) data, and the FIC data includes information for rapid mobile service acquisition.

摘要： A method of processing broadcast data in a broadcast transmitter includes performing Reed-Solomon (RS) encoding and Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) encoding on mobile service data to build at least one RS frame including the mobile service data and dividing the at least one RS frame into a plurality of portions; dividing each of the plurality of portions into several Serial Concatenated Convolutional Code (SCCC) blocks according to SCCC block mode information, encoding data in the SCCC blocks, and mapping the SCCC blocks including the encoded data to data blocks according to the SCCC block mode information; encoding signaling data including fast information channel (FIC) data and transmission parameter channel (TPC) data; and modulating a broadcast signal including data in the data blocks and the encoded signaling data.

摘要： A digital broadcasting system and a method of processing data are disclosed. A receiving system of the digital broadcasting system may include a signal receiving unit, a demodulating unit, a demultiplexer, and an audio/video decoder. The signal receiving unit receives a broadcast signal including main service data and an RS frame including a plurality of MPH service data packets. The demodulating unit demodulates data of the RS frame. The demultiplexer identifies an MPH service data packet including an IP datagram of mobile service data with reference to an MPH header of each MPH service data packet in the RS frame, and when a stuffing data is inserted in the identified payload of MPH service data packet, removes the stuffing data from the payload and separates an audio and video data from IP datagram of the mobile service data of the payload, and outputs the separated audio and video data.
