The device is simple in structure, and can bend two sides of tubular products or wires from different bending angles and different bending radii.

摘要： A deep-sea manned submersible and a design method for a pressure resistant hull curved structure thereof, the deep-sea manned submersible comprising a main hull body, a propeller assembly, annular sliding channels, a brake disc, and a brake. Two annular sliding channels are provided, and are fixed symmetrically on two opposite side surfaces of the main hull body. The main hull body is inserted vertically through the upper surface of the propeller assembly, and by means of the two annular sliding channels is slidingly connected to the propeller assembly, such that the outer contour of the whole body formed by the impeller assembly and the main hull body takes a nautilus shell shape. The brake disc is of an annular shape, and fixed on an outer ring of the main hull body, and the brake is mounted on the propeller assembly and corresponds matchingly with the brake disc.

摘要： A lubrication system includes an engine oil pump, a lubricating oil tank, a breathing pipe, a machine body, and an oil pan. The engine oil pump is formed by superposing upper and lower layers being a lubricating pump and an oil return pump. An oil inlet of the oil return pump leads to a cavity of the oil pan, and an oil outlet leads to an interior of the lubricating oil tank. An oil inlet of the lubricating pump leads to the interior of the lubricating oil tank, and an oil outlet leads to a machine filter. The machine filter is communicated with a main oil path of the machine body. An oil tank cover of the lubricating oil tank is provided with a breathing one-way valve and an oil filling port. The breathing one-way valve communicates one end of the breathing pipe, and the other end thereof communicates a crankcase.

摘要： A device for adjusting a fuel supply advance angle of a multi-cylinder diesel engine includes a gear chamber (3), a connecting disc (5) and a high-pressure fuel pump (2), wherein the gear chamber (3) and the connecting disc (5) are assembled in the diesel engine, and the high-pressure fuel pump (2) is arranged at a left end surface outside the gear chamber. A main shaft end of the high-pressure fuel pump (2) extends into the gear chamber (3) and is connected to the connecting disc (5). A right end surface of the connecting disc (5) is connected to a timing gear (6) of a fuel injection pump. A right end surface of the timing gear (6) of the fuel injection pump is provided with three penetrating circular-arc waist-shaped holes (61) that are away from the center and equally spaced along the circumference direction. Annular sizing blocks (63) are arranged on the waist-shaped holes (61). A penetrating circular hole (68) is arranged at a tail end of at least one of the waist-shaped holes (61) in a counterclockwise direction and away from the waist-shaped hole (61). The circular hole (68) is provided with a T-shaped nut (65), and the axis of the T-shaped nut (65) is in parallel with the end surface of the timing gear (6) of the fuel injection pump. A support screw (67) is arranged in the T-shaped nut (65), and the screw head of the support screw (67) is jacked against the annular sizing block (63). A method for adjusting a fuel supply advance angle of a multi-cylinder diesel engine is also disclosed. The adjusting device and the adjusting method are convenient for adjusting a fuel supply advance angle and therefore have high adjustment precision.

摘要： A pressure-resistant hull for a submersible, includes unit hulls, reinforcing ribs, connecting channels, and closure heads. A plurality of unit hulls are provided, and are sequentially strung together spiralling upward or spiralling downward, the closure heads being arranged on the unit hulls at the first position and the last position respectively, an observation window being provided on each unit hull respectively, adjacent two unit hulls in a horizontal direction being respectively connected by means of a reinforcing rib, and at least two connecting channels being provided between adjacent two rings of the unit hulls in the vertical direction. The design method includes using a spiral joining structure to facilitate organic adjustment of the number of unit hulls, thus having better utilization of space and aiding to greatly expand the space. The sensitivity of the limit load to defects is low, increasing axial rigidity, improving the overall pressure-resistive ability.
