摘要： The disclosure discloses a method for processing oil crops with Rhodotorula, and belongs to the technical field of fermentation. The method includes the step of inoculating the Rhodotorula (such as Rhodotorula mucilaginosa, Sporidiobolus salmonicolor and Rhodotorula glutinis) that can produce carotenoid into a fermentation medium that contains oil-rich oil crops for solid state fermentation to obtain oil and oil crop meal rich in carotenoid. The carotenoid as a fermentative metabolite of the Rhodotorula has bioactivities of resisting oxidation, preventing vascular sclerosis, enhancing immunity and preventing cancers. Contents of carotenoid in the oil and oil crop meal acquired by the method can be up to 9.071 μg/g and 8.062 μg/g correspondingly. By the method, the oil and oil crop meal rich in carotenoid can be acquired at the same time by just once fermentation and once oil pressing without additional functional substances, and thus the production cost of the functional oil and the fermentation oil crop meal is greatly reduced.

摘要： The disclosure discloses a control method of pattern loading for a high speed double needle bar warp knitting machine, and belongs to the technical field of warp knitting equipment. Through disposing two or more than two high speed FIFO pattern data cache regions on a shog controller, a data read-write conversion function of each cache region continuously and automatically is respectively realized. According to a current position of each guide bar, a target position of current shogging of an original pattern and a starting course position of a novel pattern, a control system of the double needle bar warp knitting machine automatically calculates a shogging displacement required by each guide bar in a pattern loading process, and sends out instruction information to a shog driving execution unit corresponding to each guide bar. In a respective underlapping interval allowed of each guide bar, the corresponding guide bar is respectively driven by the shog driving execution unit to respectively and precisely move to the starting course position of the novel pattern to complete the electronic shogging pattern loading. Needle collision caused by guide bar shogging during pattern loading is avoided. Pattern loading steps of the double needle bar warp knitting machine are simplified; the work intensity is reduced; and the work reliability is improved.

摘要： A jacquard warp tensioning device for a warp knitting machine, comprising a pair of side panels (1) disposed on two sides of the machine casing, a warp beam (2) positioned at the upper portions of the side panels (1), a plurality of warp guide rods (3, 4, 5) disposed at positions lower than that of the warp beam (2) and a flat spring warp dividing device (16), wherein an upper tension balancing device (6) and a lower tension balancing device (11) are disposed between the warp beam (2) and the warp guide rods (3, 4, 5), the upper tension balancing device (6) comprising an upper rotating shaft (7) with two ends thereof disposed on the side panels (1), an upper servo motor (8) disposed at one end of the upper rotating shaft (7) and an upper tensioning rod (9) fixedly disposed on the upper rotating shaft (7) by means of a plurality of upper connecting rods (10), the lower tension balancing device (11) comprising a lower rotating shaft (12) with two ends thereof disposed on the side panels (1), a lower servo motor (13) disposed at one end of the lower rotating shaft (12) and a lower tensioning rod (14) fixedly disposed on the lower rotating shaft (12) by means of a plurality of lower connecting rods (15), the upper servo motor (8) and the lower servo motor (13) being connected with an industrial computer (17) through a servo driver (19), respectively. The jacquard warp tensioning device proactively controls warp tension and has a high level tension compensation, thereby making the yarns not prone to being broken and enabling smooth surfaces of woven fabrics.
