摘要： This application relates to a yarn carrier device with a yarn tension control function for a flat knitting machine, and a yarn tension control method. At the moment a carriage is connected to a yarn carrier device, a fixing frame carrying a bobbin ascends or descends on sliding rails installed on the yarn carrier device. The ascending or descending speed, time and distance of the fixing frame can be calculated directly according to a yarn carrier stop, the quantity of an unknitted portion of the yarn and the speed of the carriage. When the carriage contacts a yarn carrier, the fixing frame is controlled to ascend along the sliding rails. When the carriage drives the yarn carrier to enter a knitting area, the fixing frame is controlled to descend.

摘要： An attachment for a warp knitting machine is disclosed. The attachment produces a patterned effect on fabric knitted by the warp knitting machine. The warp knitting machine includes at least one warp beam, a thread separating mechanism, a knitting mechanism, and a first tensioning mechanism positioned between the warp beam and the knitting mechanism. The attachment includes a moveable supplemental tensioning mechanism operatively connected to the knitting machine for cyclically varying the tension on first and second groups of threads disposed on opposite sides of the supplemental tensioning mechanism. A mechanism is provided for cyclically moving the supplemental tensioning mechanism in first and second directions about a neutral position to alternately tension the first and second groups of threads.

摘要： A process for production of knitted articles is disclosed. The process may be performed using, for example, a linear knitting machine including a first needle bed, a second needle bed, a first jacquard bar with odd thread guides, a second jacquard bar with even thread guides, a third jacquard bar with odd thread guides, and a fourth jacquard bar with even thread guides. The process includes producing at least a portion of a knitted article by means of a base movement of the jacquard bars, in which: the first and the third jacquard bar are each moved with an identical shog movement; the second and the fourth jacquard bar are moved with a respective shog movement identical to one another; and the second and the fourth jacquard bar are moved with a respective shog movement identical to one another.

摘要： The present invention discloses a method for producing unidirectional hybrid-braided fabrics, including: preparing a first layer of 0° warps; preparing a second layer of 0° warps to a Nth layer of 0° warps; preparing an auxiliary layer of wefts; preparing binding yarns; laying and hybrid-braiding the materials prepared in steps 1-4 to obtain unidirectional hybrid-braided fabrics; and cutting and winding. The 0° warps and wefts of the invention are made of two or more layers of different fibers that are laid in a single direction and finally hybrid-braided. Therefore, two or more different types of materials can be laid, thereby ensuring the uniform distribution and thickness of the fibers in different areas of the hybrid-braided fabric. The grammage of different 0° warp fiber layers can be adjusted freely in a range of 30-3000 grams/m2, thereby realizing performance and cost designability of a composite material.

摘要： A compensating thread brake useful, in particular, with warping creels. The thread brake has a rotatable roller whose circumference is at least partially surrounded by and drivable by thread. The roller is connected to the rotor of a turbine. A mechanical thread tension comparator by way of its setting member, influences a throttle in the path of the turbine inlet or outlet stream. The setting member may, preferably, be a throttle plate which regulates the inlet or outlet ports of turbine T. In this manner, the thread tension may be controlled without frictional load on the threads or the need to provide seals against oil or the like. Additionally, an eddy current brake can be provided for the nominal setting of the basic thread tension.

摘要： Disclosed are a tension adjustment method of a warp knitting variable-speed and uniform-tension yarn feeding device, and a weaving method. The device includes warp beams, connecting rod frames, a guide bar, a looping mechanism and a drawing and rolling-up mechanism, where the connecting rod frames are connected to yarn winding wheels and yarn guide plates, yarns are wound on the warp beams, and the yarn winding wheels are positioned between the warp beams and the guide bar; each of the yarn winding wheels includes a yarn inlet, a yarn winding shaft and a yarn outlet. According to the present disclosure, the tension produced in a yarn feeding process is actively adjusted by the variable-speed tension yarn winding wheels to make up tension error caused by looping; and the present disclosure is capable of compensating in time, does not easily break the yarns, is high in knitting efficiency and quality.
