摘要： A sole structure for an athletic shoe includes a heel region and a forefoot region, a midsole of a soft elastic material including a midsole heel portion at the heel region, and an outsole of a harder material including an outsole heel portion at the heel region and an outsole forefoot portion that extends from the outsole heel portion to the forefoot region. The midsole heel portion has wavy corrugations on a lower surface thereof and a smooth plane on an upper surface thereof. The outsole heel portion includes a corrugated wavy plate with corrugations through its thickness, which are in phase with the wavy corrugations on the lower surface of the midsole heel portion.

摘要： An athletic shoe sole structure includes a midsole body that extends from a heel region to a forefoot region of a shoe, and an outsole body that is disposed under the midsole body, extends from the heel region to the forefoot region of the shoe, and is formed of a harder material than the midsole body. A heel portion of the outsole body includes a corrugation. The sole structure further includes a lower midsole disposed under the heel portion of the outsole body, an outsole heel portion attached at a lower surface of the lower midsole, and cleats provided at a lower surface of the outsole body. The sole structure having only two layers with the outsole and the midsole decreases the weight of the shoe, simplifies a manufacturing process, and reduces a manufacturing cost.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a micropattern transfer method and a micropattern transfer device in which the small amount of resin is applied to a substrate, and the nonuniformity in thickness is prevented to arise on the obtained pattern forming layer. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a micropattern transfer method in which a micropattern is transferred to a resin by pressing a stamper having the micropattern onto the resin applied to a substrate, including the steps of: applying the resin to a surface of the substrate discretely in order to obtain a plurality of resin islands so that a center portion of each of the resin islands forms a planar thin-film, and a peripheral portion of the resin island rises higher than the center portion.

摘要： There is provided an imprint device for transferring a fine pattern to a material to form a patterned material. The device comprises a stamper having the fine pattern thereon, and a pressure distribution mechanism. The stamper is pressed against the material, and the pressure distribution mechanism provides a nonuniform pressure distribution in a patterned region of the patterned material, while the stamper is in contact with the material. There are provided an imprint device and a microstructure transfer method, by which it is possible to sufficiently spread a resin or other material for forming a pattern layer between a stamper and a patterned material with a lower pressure so as not to damage the stamper or the patterned material, and to form a pattern formation layer having the uniform thickness on the patterned material.
