摘要： In a training control method using biofeedback, and an apparatus using the method, the method includes setting a target exercise zone for a user based on a bio-signal from the user, the target exercise zone including a range of indices and comparing a current index obtained from the bio-signal with the target exercise zone in time units in an exercise training mode and providing at least one of positive biofeedback information, negative biofeedback information, and a warning message to the user according to a result of the comparison.

摘要： An electronic device for measuring body fat, a method of measuring the body fat using the electronic device, and a health management system using the electronic device and method, wherein the electronic device for measuring body fat includes an electronic appliance, two pairs of electrodes provided on the electronic appliance, the two pairs of electrodes being able to be contacted by a subject, and a measuring portion for measuring a bio-impedance of the subject and calculating body fat data of the subject using the measured bio-impedance when the subject contacts the two pairs of electrodes. The method includes generating pure sounds, each having a predetermined frequency, within an audible range, and waiting for a user to press an input button when the user hears the pure sound. Then, the hearing characteristics of the user are interpreted in conjunction with equal loudness contours. From this interpretation, either a tinnitus masking method or a tinnitus retraining therapy are selected according to the hearing characteristics of the user.
