摘要： A photoelectric conversion module, for example, a dye-sensitized solar cell, for generating electrical energy from light is disclosed. In one aspect, the module includes a light-receiving substrate, a first functional layer formed on the light receiving substrate and a first bus electrode formed on at least two edge regions of the light receiving substrate. The photoelectric conversion module may have a counter substrate having a second functional layer formed thereon and a second bus electrode formed on at least two edges of the counter substrate an electrolyte layer disposed between the first functional layer and the second functional layer. A first connection line may be electrically connected to the second bus electrode and a second connection line may be electrically connected to the first bus electrode is disclosed. Further, the first bus electrode may be electrically connected to the first functional layer and the second functional layer may be electrically connected to the second bus electrode.

The photoelectric conversion module may include a plurality of interconnection units electrically connecting adjacent unit photoelectric cells. The light-receiving substrate and the counter substrate may be divided into a photoelectric conversion area in which the unit photoelectric cells are formed, a sealing area in which the sealant is formed outside the photoelectric conversion area and a non-photoelectric conversion area outside of the sealing area. The interconnection units may be electrically connected to each other by a bypass unit, which may be configured to electrically connect a plurality of functional unit photoelectric cells and bypass a defective unit photoelectric cell.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of recording and storing a broadcast content received for mobile broadcast services in a transmitting-end level. A broadcast receiving terminal includes a type of the key profile in the header of the recorded file for the particular broadcast content, the CIEK which is used in encrypting the broadcast content and encrypted with the second layer encryption key, and the acquisition information on the second layer encryption key. The acquisition information on the second layer encryption key is included in a corresponding field of the header according to the type of the used profile. As in the SRTP and IPSec, a recorded file format in the transmitting-end level recording is the PDCF. Information associated with the encryption of the encrypted broadcast content is stored in the OMA DRM common header box (ohdr box) of the PDCF recorded file.

摘要： A plasma display panel (PDP) comprises: a front substrate and a rear substrate which face each other; and a barrier wall which is interposed between the front substrate and the rear substrate, which includes base portions arranged on either side of a main discharge space, and protruding portions protruding on the base portions, respectively, and which defines stepped spaces on either side of the main discharge space. The stepped spaces are formed according to stepped surfaces formed by the base portions and the protruding portions. The PDP further comprises a pair of a scan electrode and a sustain electrode which generate a mutual discharge through the main discharge space. A channel space is defined by outer walls of the protruding portions on either side of the main discharge space, and an external light absorbing layer covers the channel space.

摘要： A plasma display panel (PDP) includes: a front substrate facing a rear substrate; first and second discharge enhancement layers disposed between the front and rear substrates and arranged on both sides of a main discharge space; first and second barrier ribs respectively formed on the first and second discharge enhancement layers and defining first and second asymmetric stepped spaces along with the first and second discharge enhancement layers; a scan electrode and a common electrode inducing a mutual discharge in the main discharge space; an address electrode generating an address discharge along with the scan electrode and extending in a direction to intersect the scan electrode; a phosphor layer formed in at least the main discharge space; and a discharge gas filled in the main discharge space and the first and second stepped spaces. Accordingly, the PDP having high efficiency may operate with low power and obtain high luminous brightness.
