摘要： A door lock device includes a striker secured to a vehicle body and a latch plate installed on a vehicle door. The striker has a base portion fixed on the vehicle body, first and second leg portions extending from the base portion, a bridge portion extending between and interconnecting the first and second leg portions, and a projection portion which extends from the bridge portion and extends on the outboard side of the first leg portion. The latch member has first and second engaging portions defining therebetween a recess portion in which the first leg portion of the striker is receivable. The first engaging portion is arranged to overlap the projection portion and the second engaging portion is arranged to overlap the bridge portion.

摘要： A lock striker unit comprises generally a striker and a plastic cover. The striker includes a base plate, a generally U-shaped rod secured to the base plate and a molded plastic material covering the rod to provide each shank portion of the same with a diametrically larger portion and a diametrically smaller groove portion. The groove portion is positioned near the base plate. The plastic cover is sized to cover a major surface of the base plate and has an elongate slit which is constructed to permit the U-shaped rod to pass therethrough. The elongate slit includes two circular openings connected through a thinner slit. Each circular opening is so sized as to make a latched engagement with the groove portion of the shank portion when the plastic cover is properly attached to the base plate.

摘要： To provide a long-life refractory capable of maintaining durability under severe conditions. The castable refractory comprises a mixture containing at least one of 2 to 10 mass % of silicon carbide and 3 to 10 mass % of chamotte, as an auxiliary raw material, and a binder material, with the remaining balance being one or more main raw materials selected from corundum, mullite, bauxite, chamotte, talc and silica, and is used in an environment exposed to an alkali component-containing hot gas atmosphere. In an alkali component-containing gas atmosphere at a high temperature (750° C. or more), silicon carbide and/or chamotte are vitrified to a thickness of 1 mm or less in the surface layer of the refractory to prevent the alkali component-containing gas from intruding inside of the refractory.
