    • In an organic electroluminescence device including a hole injecting layer, an emitting layer, an electron transporting layer and a cathode, the hole injecting layer contains poly(alkylene dioxythiophene) and at least one type of fluorine-containing colloid-forming polymer acids. The electron transporting layer contains a nitrogen-containing heterocycle derivative represented by a formula (1) below. HAr-L-Ar1—Ar2  (1) (In the formula: HAr represents a substituted or unsubstituted nitrogen-containing heterocycle group having 3 to 40 carbon atoms; L represents, a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene group having 3 to 60 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted fluorenylene group; Ar1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms; and Ar2 represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 3 to 60 carbon atoms.)
