An engine transfers a toner image generated based on image information onto a print sheet, and fixes the transferred toner image to the print sheet by a fixer with fixing rollers. A number of print sheet detector detects whether or not the number of discharged pages has become a predetermined number, and if the number of discharged pages has become the predetermined number, the fixing rollers are rotated for a predetermined period after the completion of page discharge, by an instruction of post rotation instructor.

    • An image processing system includes a host computer which generates print data and a printer which prints an image based on the print data. The host computer sets attribute information which indicates a part of the print data which is allowed to be visualized and a part of the print data which is prohibited to be visualized. In addition, the host computer also sets authentication information required for reading the part prohibited to be visualized, and transmits the print data, the attribute information, and the authentication information to the printer. The printer prints a visual image of the part allowed to be visualized on a paper medium provided with an RFID chip and stores the part prohibited to be visualized in the RFID chip. In addition, the printer prints the information stored in the RFID chip on another paper medium as a visual image after authentication with the authentication information.

    • [PROBLEMS] To prevent generation of heat by friction in a phase varying device of the engine of an automobile.[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The phase varying device of an engine comprises an outer casing section (10) having a sprocket (12) for transmitting rotation of the crankshaft of the engine, an inner casing section (20) capable of rotating relatively to the outer casing section and coupled with a cam shaft (2) for opening/closing the intake valve or the exhaust valve of the engine, and an intermediate member (30) meshing with the outer casing section and the inner casing section through a helical spindle, wherein relative rotation is generated between the outer casing section and the inner casing section by moving the intermediate member in the axial direction thus varying the open/close timing of the intake valve or the exhaust valve. The phase varying device of an engine is further provided with an electromagnetic control means (40a) having a permanent-magnet rotary drum (44) being screwed on the intermediate member, and an electromagnetic clutch (42) for braking or accelerating the rotary drum.
