摘要： There are provided an apparatus for fine pattern formation, which can form a fine pattern with high accuracy by direct writing with ink, a production process of fine nozzles provided in the apparatus for fine pattern formation, and a method for fine pattern formation. Fine pattern formation with high accuracy could have been realized by the apparatus for fine pattern formation, comprising: a silicon substrate; a plurality of fine holes which extend through the silicon substrate from the surface of the silicon substrate to the back surface of the silicon substrate and have a silicon oxide layer on the wall surface thereof; fine nozzles which are protruded, integrally with the silicon oxide layer, on the back surface side of the silicon substrate from each opening of the fine holes; a silicon nitride layer provided on the surface and side of the silicon substrate; a support member provided on the surface side of the silicon substrate; an ink passage for supplying ink to the opening of each fine hole on the surface side of the silicon substrate; and an ink supplying device connected to the ink passage.

摘要： A micro-mirror device includes a mirror forming substrate on which a mirror is disposed. A pair of torsion beams are disposed on opposing sides of the mirror forming substrate. An anchor projects from a supporting substrate, supporting the ends of the torsion beams. A driving frame surrounds at least one side of the torsion beams and is connected to the mirror forming substrate through a link beam. A drive force generator drives the driving frame.

摘要： On a through-electrode (7) formed by filling a conductive material into a though hole of a substrate, nano-metal particles are adhered to form a connection electrode (9). An LED element (3) is electrically connected to the through-electrode (7) via the connection electrode (9). The nano-metal particles can be applied into a desired shape by an inkjet method or a dispenser method, and hence a light emitting device (1) having high electrical connection reliability is realized at low cost.

摘要： An electromagnetic relay has a solenoid formed from a wound coil, a movable iron core that is reciprocated upwardly and downwardly in an axial hole of the solenoid, and a movable contact point that reciprocates together with the movable iron core. The movable contact point is contacted and separated with and from a fixed contact point for opening and closing a contact point. An arc generated at a time of opening and closing of the contact point is flowed, in a predetermined direction, by the magnetic field of at least a single permanent magnet placed at a side of the fixed contact point and the movable contact point that are contacted and separated with and from each other. Coil terminals are connected to leader lines of the coil, at least at a single side of the flow of the arc.
