摘要： A fluid control valve assembly for controlling the flow of fluid passing through a fluid passageway defined in a valve body and having an inlet end and an outlet end. A bellows formed of low tackiness material has fixed one end wall secured to the valve body and the other movable end wall connected to a valve stem. The valve stem is actuated by an actuator to move the other movable end wall of the bellows between a closed position in which the other movable end wall is brought into direct contact with a valve seat located in the fluid passageway and an open position in which the other movable end wall is brought out of engagement with the valve seat.

摘要： An air flow control valve means for controlling air bleed of internal combustion engine. The air flow control valve means includes a valve housing, an air cleaner means attached to the valve housing, and a valve element adapted for opening and closing the air passage communicated with the air bleed passage. The valve housing is provided with tubular portions projected to the upstream side as viewed in the direction of flow of air introduced into the valve housing. The tubular portion has therein a bypass air passage which open at the end portion of the tubular portion. According to this arrangement, it is possible to avoid any foreign matters from coming into the bypass passage.

摘要： An air-fuel ratio compensating apparatus for the carburetor of an internal combustion engine has first and second valves having equal control (input) current-opening characteristics and provided in main and slow system air bleed paths respectively to control sectional area of flow in the main and slow system air bleed paths in relation to the output of an air-fuel ratio sensor, electronic control circuit which sends the control current to the first and second valves in such a way that the opening of the second valve is always larger than that of the first valve. Thus, flow of the main system air bleed is restrained during the initial part of the acceleration period so as to reduce the amount of noxious component in the exhaust gas.

摘要： The invention is directed to an arrangement for sealing a clearance between a cylinder head and a cylinder block of an engine with a metal gasket clamped therebetween. The metal gasket is formed of a metallic base plate which has a plurarity of openings and beads formed therearound. The base plate may include annular shims welded on the base plate around the openings and a resilient sealing member deposited on the base plate surrounding the openings. The gasket may be disposed in such a manner as to place tip ends of the beads toward the cylinder block which causes a smaller displacement relative to the beads in comparison with the cylinder head. The resilient sealing member may be arranged to have a section of different dimension between a portion located at a side facing the beads and other portion at the opposite side thereof, or between a portion located at a junction where two of the beads meet and other portion.

摘要： A metal gasket having first and second base plates made of metal. In each base plate, at least an opening is defined and a bead is formed around the opening. The second base plate is disposed in parallel with the first base plate with the tip ends of the beads of the first and second base plates facing each other. An annular metallic shim is secured to the first base plate at the side of the bead between the inner periphery of the bead and the opening. And, a resilient sealing member is deposited on the second base plate at the side of the bead around the outer periphery of the bead. A non-vulcanized coating layer of fluoro rubber containing no vulcanizing agent may be deposited on the entire surface of the second base plate at the side of the bead. A vulcanized fluoro rubber may be deposited on the non-vulcanized coating layer at the side of the bead around the outer periphery of the bead.

摘要： An electromagnetic fluid flow control valve mechanism has a hollow slide valve linearly movable on and along a core in response to energization of a coil disposed around the slide valve for selective fluid communication between a inlet port and first and second outlet ports through a chamber in a casing. The ratio of a cross-sectional area of the inlet port to that of each of the first and second outlet ports is selected such that the chamber will develop a relatively small vacuum such as of 20 mmAg at maximum. Preferably, the ratio is 6.5 or greater. This arrangement prevents a fluid, typically air, from flowing from the second outlet port back into the chamber.
