摘要： A thermal spraying powder contains 30 to 50% by mass of chromium carbide with the remainder being an alloy containing chromium, aluminum, yttrium, and at least one of cobalt and nickel. The thermal spraying powder has an average particle size of 20 to 60 μm. The thermal spraying powder may contain 20% by mass or less of yttrium oxide in place of a part of the alloy. A thermal spray coating obtained by thermal spraying of the thermal spraying powder, particularly, a thermal spray coating obtained by high-velocity flame spraying of the thermal spraying powder is suitable for the purpose of a hearth roll.

摘要： A thermal spray powder contains granulated and sintered particles composed of an oxide of any of the rare earth elements having an atomic number from 60 to 70. The average particle size of the primary particles constituting the granulated and sintered particles is 2 to 10 μm. The crushing strength of the granulated and sintered particles is 7 to 50 MPa. A plasma resistant member includes a substrate and a thermal spray coating provided on the surface of the substrate. The thermal spray coating is formed by thermal spraying, preferably plasma thermal spraying, the thermal spray powder.

摘要： A reactor which may be employed in an inverter for automotive vehicles. The reactor includes a coil, a core, a casing, and a positioning member. The core is made of a solidified magnetic powder/resin mixture and has the coil embedded therein. The positioning member is disposed in the casing to position the coil relative to the casing and equipped with fins configured to stir the magnetic powder/resin mixture before solidified. Specifically, the positioning member is designed to perform two functions: one is to fix the location of the coil within the casing, and the other is to stir the magnetic powder/resin mixture through the fins, thus eliminating the need for removing a portion of the magnetic powder/resin mixture adhered to the fins, which leads to improved productivity of the reactor.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a novel and excellent agent for treating or preventing dementia, schizophrenia, and the like, based on the serotonin 5-HT5A receptor modulating action.It was confirmed that a bicyclic acylguanidine derivative which has a characteristic structure that guanidine is bonded to one ring of a bicyclic structure such as chromene and dihydronaphthalene through a carbonyl group and a cyclic group is bonded on the other ring, has a potent 5-HT5A receptor modulating action and an excellent pharmacological action based on this mechanism. The present invention is useful as an excellent agent for treating or preventing dementia, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

摘要： A reflective liquid crystal display device of the present invention has the following construction. A transparent electrode is provided via color filter layer on a transparent substrate positioned at the upper side of the device. A metallic reflective electrode is provided on a substrate positioned at the lower side of the device. An alignment layer is provided on the transparent electrode and on the metallic reflective electrode respectively. The transparent substrate positioned at the upper side and the substrate positioned at the lower side are arranged parallel to each other with alignment films provided on the transparent electrode and on the metallic reflective electrode facing each other. A liquid crystal layer is provided between the alignment films. A scattering film is provided on a surface of the transparent substrate positioned at the upper side opposite to the surface where the transparent electrode is provided. A polymer film and a polarization film are provided in that sequential order on the scattering film. The present reflective liquid crystal display device can express a black and white display in achromatic color having bright white display and with high contrast, and has low visual angle dependency and excellent optical characteristics.

Each cermet particle includes tungsten carbide particles having a mean primary particle size of 3 to 9 μm and metal particles or ceramic particles containing chrome. The mean particle size of the cermet particles is preferably from 2 to 50 μm and the compression strength of each cermet particle is preferably from 400 to 900 MPa. Such a thermal spray powder enables the formation of a thermal sprayed coating which has both excellent cavitation erosion resistance and slurry erosion resistance.
