摘要： A positive electrode active material for a lithium ion secondary battery is a lithium-containing composite oxide represented by the chemical formula: Lia(Co1-x-yMgxAly)bMzOc, where M is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Na and K, and the values a, b, c, x, y and z respectively satisfy 0≦a≦1.05, 0.005≦x≦0.15, 0.0001≦y≦0.01, 0.0002≦z≦0.008, 0.85≦b≦1.1 and 1.8≦c≦2.1.This makes it possible to improve a high temperature storage characteristics and safety of the lithium ion secondary battery.

摘要： A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery including: a positive electrode including a positive electrode material mixture layer; a negative electrode including a negative electrode material mixture layer; a separator or lithium-ion conductive porous film interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode; and a lithium-ion conductive non-aqueous electrolyte. The positive electrode material mixture layer contains a positive electrode active material comprising a lithium transition metal composite oxide, and the lithium transition metal composite oxide contains lithium, a transition metal, and a metal different from the transition metal. The negative electrode material mixture layer contains a negative electrode active material comprising a carbon material. In the area where the positive electrode material mixture layer and the negative electrode material mixture layer are opposed to each other, the ratio R:Wp/Wn is 1.3 to 2.2 where Wp is the weight of the positive electrode active material contained in the positive electrode material mixture layer per unit opposed area and Wn is the weight of the negative electrode active material contained in the negative electrode material mixture layer per unit opposed area. The end of charge voltage is set to 4.25 to 4.5 V in normal operation.

摘要： Disclosed is an electricity storage device which can be charged/discharged at high rate and have high output, high capacity and excellent repeating charge/discharge characteristics, although it uses a non-carbon material as a negative electrode active material. Specifically disclosed is an electricity storage device comprising: a positive electrode collector; a positive electrode disposed on the positive electrode collector and including a positive electrode active material which can reversibly absorb/desorb at least anions; a negative electrode collector; and a negative electrode disposed on the negative electrode collector and including a negative electrode active material which can substantially absorb/desorb lithium ions reversibly. The negative electrode active material is composed of at least one substance selected from the group consisting of silicon, a silicon-containing alloy, a silicon compound, tin, a tin-containing alloy, and a tin compound; and the negative electrode is formed as a thin film having a thickness of 10 μm or less.

摘要： This detachable insert type cutting tool is provided with a cutting insert and a holder which holds the cutting insert. An insert mounting seat on which the cutting insert is mounted and upper and lower jaw sections which pinch the cutting insert are provided in the holder. The insert mounting seat is provided between the lower surface of the upper jaw section and the upper surface of the lower jaw section. Convex curve outer surfaces are formed on one side of the upper and lower jaw sections when viewed from the leading end sides of the upper and lower jaw sections, and concave curve inner surfaces are formed on the other side of the upper and lower jaw sections. In a state where the cutting insert is fixed to the insert mounting seat, the concave curve inner surface of the upper jaw section is disposed at a position retreated further radially outward than an arc surface extending along the concave curve inner surface of the lower jaw section.

The opening of the coolant hole faces a direction different from the protruding direction of the cutting edge portion in the radial direction with respect to the center axis.
