    • A terminal device (1) is provided with: a trigger judging section (6) judging whether an event trigger for performing handover from a macrocell to a CSG cell has occurred or not; a first measurement result reporting section (7) transmitting a first measurement result report which includes the PCI of a CSG cell for which an event trigger has occurred, to an eNB; a CGI detecting section (9) detecting the CGI of the CSG cell for which the event trigger has occurred, on the basis of measurement setting information transmitted from the eNB; and a second measurement result reporting section (10) transmitting a second measurement result report which includes the detected CGI, to the eNB. When event triggers have continuously occurred, a report transmission controlling section (13) controls transmission of the measurement result reports on the basis of the reception qualities of the CSG cells to reduce the frequency of transmission of the measurement result reports. Thereby, it is possible to control waste of wireless resources and prevent communication interruption from frequently occurring.

    • A wireless communication system comprises an MME (70) which generates a white list in which CSG cells being accessible by a UE (10) are enumerated, an HeNB gateway (50) which decides based on the white list whether or not access is possible, and a home base station (30) (80) of the CSG cell. The UE (10) comprises a manual selection executing unit which accepts manual selection of a CSG cell, and requests the Mobility Management Entity to add the CSG cell to the white list; and a measurement report message generating unit which generates the Measurement report message attached with information indicating that the white list is being updated, if the CSG cell which has been accepted by manual selection is comprised in CSG cells to be included in the Measurement report message, and the selected CSG cell is not included in the white list stored in a white list storing unit. Thereby, there is provided a wireless communication system which can perform handover in which a manual selection process is appropriately reflected.

    • A technology is disclosed that provides a handover destination specification system and the like capable of reducing signaling load and shortening handover processing time. According to the technology, the handover destination specification system is configured by: a mobile terminal that measures a reception quality of each cell indicating an accessible range formed by a plurality of base stations capable of being connection targets of the mobile terminal, and when the measured reception quality satisfies a predetermined condition, transmits to a connection base station, a first message including identification information of the cell that satisfies the predetermined condition and information on the reception quality of the cell; and the connection base station that transmits to the mobile terminal, a second message including information for detecting unique global identification information of the cell of which the reception quality has been measured, based on the first message. The mobile terminal detects the global identification information of the cell of which the reception quality has been measured based on the second message, checks access permission for the detected cell, and when access permission is confirmed, transmits to the connection base station, a third message including the global identification information of the cell for which access permission is granted.
