    • An infrared gas analyzer includes: a sample cell through which a sample gas containing a measurement component that absorbs an infrared light flows; one or a plurality of light sources that emits the infrared light; and a detector that detects a concentration of the measurement component contained in the sample gas by utilizing a change in the infrared light being absorbed by the measurement component when the sample gas passes through the sample cell. The detector includes: a first chamber in which a detection gas containing the measurement component is filled and which is irradiated with the infrared light passed through the sample cell; a second chamber in which the detection gas containing the measurement component is filled and which is irradiated with the infrared light passed through a passage different from the sample cell; a gas flow channel which is arranged between the first chamber and the second chamber and through which the detection gas flows between the two chambers; and a first and a second thermal flow sensors arranged in the gas flow channel. The first and the second thermal flow sensors are arranged in the same direction at different positions in which flow directions of the detection gas in the gas flow channel are different from each other.

The infrared gas analyzer having a sample cell into which a sample gas is distributed, for detecting concentration of a measuring target component of the sample gas by taking advantage of variation in absorption amount of infrared rays having passed through the sample cell, comprising a first infrared light source for irradiating the sample cell with first infrared rays, a second infrared light source having a response characteristic equal to that of the first infrared light source, a detector for detecting a difference between the first infrared rays emitted from the first infrared light source, and having passed through the sample cell, and second infrared rays emitted from the second infrared light source, a light source drive controller for synchronously driving the first and second infrared light sources, respectively, and a measurement controller for providing the light source drive controller with instructions for respective drive amounts of the first and second infrared light sources while receiving an output signal from the detector, thereby generating a measurement output corresponding to the concentration of the measuring target component of the sample gas.

    • An interference spectrometer which causes an interference by dividing an output light from a light source into two optical paths and by changing the length of each optical path, and which comprises a moving mirror for changing the optical path lengths, position detecting means for detecting the position of the moving mirror and driving control means for controlling the position of the moving mirror, based on the output from the position detecting means. The spectrometer utilizes leaf springs to support the moving mirror, and the driving control means is driven at the natural frequency of the combined moving mirror and leaf springs and based on the output of the position detecting means. Advantageously, the invention has improved vibration resistance and improved power consumption.
