摘要： A process for the purification of flue gas generated during the combustion of waste materials has a first embodiment wherein soluble heavy metals are precipitated and recovered in a compact form and wherein the soluble heavy metal-free extraction residue is returned to the combustion system where noxious organic substances are pyrolyzed. In another embodiment, substantially all of the heavy metals from the flue gas are collected in a single solid residue, which residue may be thermally treated to recover mercury and the treated residues subsequently returned to the combustion system wherein noxious organic substances are pyrolyzed or combined in a hazardous waste stabilizing substance. In yet another embodiment of the process, heavy metals present in an acidic condensate solution from a condensation/scrubbing step are precipitated and the precipitated heavy metals are thermally treated, together with the flue ash, to remove mercury, after which the remaining solids may be returned to the combustion system to pyrolyze noxious organic substances contained therein or may be combined with a hazardous waste stabilization substance.

摘要： Improved flue gas purification process features a heavy metal separating process, such as an anion exchange process, in which a scrubbing condensate is treated to remove at least the Hg contained therein prior to extracting the flue ash, which was previously separated and collected, with the scrubbing condensate to extract soluble heavy metals therefrom. A further heavy metal separating process, such as a cation exchange process, in which the scrubbing condensate after the extraction step is treated to remove at least one of Cd and Zn contained therein is also featured and may be performed after the extraction step or after solid/liquid separation of the flue ash and condensate from the extraction step.

摘要： A mixer in particular for viscous elastic materials has a processing channel having an outlet opening at one end which can be closed. The materials can be transported and simultaneously mixed along the processing channel using a a transport device. A feedback channel branches off from the processing channel near the outlet end and feeds back into the processing channel at an upstream location so that the material mixture can be circulated though the processing channel and the feedback channel when the outlet opening is closed. In order to be able to measure rheological quantities of the mixture during the mixing procedure, the feedback channel is configured as a measurement path. Towards this end a pressure sensor device can be provided for in the feedback channel to measure the transport pressure in the transported material mixture at at least two mutually separated cross sectional locations of the feedback channel.
