摘要： A steam generating apparatus, and an oven including the same. The apparatus includes a water tank adapted to enable convenient cleaning, and is adapted to heat water in the water tank via an induction heating method to generate steam rapidly. The water tank is provided with a steam discharging pipe. The apparatus further includes an induction coil assembly, an induction heating member fitted to the water tank such that it is located near the induction coil assembly, a barrier inserted into the water tank such that only a small amount of water is directly heated by the induction heating member which generates heat by the induction coil assembly, and a cover closing an upper portion of the water tank. The steam discharging pipe is connected with a steam supplying pipe which communicates a cavity with a cooking compartment to supply steam from the apparatus to the cooking compartment.

摘要： A cooking apparatus to effectively agitate and evenly distribute high-temperature air into a cooking chamber by use of a single driving fan and a plurality of driven fans. The cooking apparatus includes the cooking chamber, the driving fan arranged at a rear wall of the cooking chamber, a convection heater to surround the driving fan, the plurality of driven fans arranged on a circumference of the driving fan, and a fan cover having a plurality of suction holes and discharge holes. The driving fan is connected with a drive motor to rotate in accordance with an operation of the drive motor. The driven fans rotate by use of air streams generated when the driving fan rotates. The high-temperature air is evenly agitated in accordance with the rotation of the driven fans to be distributed into the cooking chamber via the discharge holes in all directions.

摘要： A ceramic filter and method for preparing the same. The method for preparing the ceramic filter according to the present invention is characterized in comprising the steps of: (a) coating firstly a ceramic green paper prepared by using a slurry solution comprising ceramic fiber of 0.1-10 length, with an aluminum silicate solution and drying the firstly coated paper; (b) coating secondly the dried ceramic green paper with an aluminum phosphate solution and drying the secondly coated paper; and (c) calcining the dried ceramic green paper obtained from the step (b). The ceramic filter according to the present invention has excellent mechanical strength since the bonding strength between ceramic fibers is very high, and shows good porosity, gas permeability, and efficiency for capturing microparticles since the pores between the ceramic fibers are less blocked, and thus can be very usefully applied to gas exhaustion system for automobile.
