摘要： To provide an electrical power system and an electrical power control device that make it possible to suppress deterioration of a fuel cell compared to that conventional seen. An electrical power system according to an embodiment includes a fuel cell, a heat source, a heat dissipator, and a controller. The fuel cell is configured to generate electrical power through electrochemical reactions to generate first heat. The heat source operates to generate second heat. The heat dissipator is configured to dissipate the first heat and the second heat. The controller is configured to control the fuel cell to allow, when the heat source is in operation, an amount of the first heat to be equal to or below an available heat dissipation capacity acquired by subtracting an amount of the second heat from a maximum amount of heat to be dissipated from the heat dissipator.

摘要： To provide a warming-up system in which a period of time taken to warm up a fuel cell is shorter than that for conventional ones. A warming-up system according to an embodiment includes a fuel cell, a motor, a rotation shaft, a speed reducer, a measuring unit, and a control unit. The motor convert electrical power generated by the fuel cell into a rotative force. The speed reducer brake the rotation shaft that is rotating. The measuring unit measure a temperature of the fuel cell. The control unit is configured to determine whether to perform warming up for the fuel cell, based on the temperature. When the control unit determines to perform the warming up, the control unit causes the motor and the speed reducer to operate, and uses heat generated in the fuel cell and heat generated in the speed reducer to warm up the fuel cell.

A fuel exhaust gas discharged from the fuel cell is recirculated to the anode side of the fuel cell. An oxidant-exhaust-gas discharge path through which an oxidant exhaust gas is to be discharged from the fuel cell is sealed at a downstream position of a connecting portion at which the oxidant-exhaust-gas discharge path is connected to an oxidant-exhaust-gas recirculation path. The oxidant exhaust gas is recirculated to a cathode side of the fuel cell through the oxidant-exhaust-gas recirculation path. Recirculation of the fuel exhaust gas is stopped. Recirculation of the oxidant exhaust gas is stopped. An oxidant-gas supply path through which an oxidant gas is to be supplied to the fuel cell is sealed.
