摘要： In one embodiment, a turbomachine for imparting energy to a multiphase fluid is provided. The turbomachine comprises a casing having an inlet and an outlet; an axial stage part comprising at least one axial stage; a mixed-flow stage part comprising at least one mixed-flow stage fluidly connected to the axial stage part; and a centrifugal stage part comprising at least one centrifugal stage fluidly connected to the mixed-flow stage part. The axial stage is defined by an angle between an axial impeller outlet flow and an axis parallel to a rotational axis of the shaft having a value between 0° and 5°, the mixed-flow stage by an angle having a value between 5° and 80°, and the centrifugal stage by an angle having a value between 80° and 90°.

摘要： A gas flow control valve which enables mass flow to be measured using a flow straightener in a valve entry duct, a tube for lengthening the entry duct into the valve, a valve element exit port with suitably radiused edges and a flow stabilizer in the valve exit duct. Upstream and downstream pressure taps are positioned immediately upstream of the flow straightener and downstream of the flow stabilizer respectively. This enables the flow rate to be controlled not by the formulas traditionally used for valve dimensioning, but by formulas derived from more accurate formulas used for calculating mass flow with standard members of a fixed restriction type.

The pump further comprises an eductor comprising one or more motive nozzles disposed within the suction conduit. Wherein the one or more motive nozzles are configured to introduce a motive fluid into the suction conduit and toward the centrifugal pump along a suction direction roughly co-directional with the suction conduit toward the centrifugal pump. A method and a pump assembly for pumping a multiphase fluid are also presented.
