摘要： An apparatus for stacking and unstacking trays, especially adapted for usen connection with Mogul machines includes a base, a plurality of links and a generally vertically-disposed elevator frame pivotably mounted on the base by means of the links for reciprocal movement over an arcuate path between two laterally-displaced end positions. A gripper device for retaining and releasing trays is mounted on the elevator frame for longitudinally-displaceable movement relative thereto.

摘要： The invention relates to a device for pouring viscous mixtures having solid ingredients including a holder and an exit die rotatably mounted below the holder and having an intake bore through which the mixture passes under pressure. A spiral-shaped stripping element is attached to the holder and has a free end extending downwardly into the intake bore. The exit die rotates with respect to the spiral-shaped stripping element, so that the solid ingredients within the mixture are serially directed through the exit die. The free end of the stripping element extends in the direction of rotation of the exit die.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a method for producing multi-layered confectionery comprising aligning the confectionery on a conveyor system in rows oriented at right angles to the transport direction of movement of the conveyor system; building up the confectionery layer by layer by a first, a second and succeeding applicators for delivering a confectionery mass deposited onto the confectionery the applicators being arranged one behind the other along the transport direction; optically detecting each row of confectionery before the row reaches the second and all succeeding applicators; generating a signal based upon the position of each row relative to the respective applicator; and this signal controlling the spatial position of the applicator and its application time interval in such a way that the delivered mass deposited by the applicator is placed exactly in a predetermined position onto the row of confectionery passing below the applicators.
