The strap is constructed from an elastomer and a first side of the strap includes a first region (215) on a portion of its surface that is textured to reduce friction with objects contacting the strap. A textured surface coating for a portion of an elastomer strap included in a headgear system is adapted to contact the skin of a patient, when in use, and the coating has a Ra value greater than zero. A vent (500) for use with a patient interface for delivering a flow of breathable gas to a patient includes a plurality of rises (580) and runs (570) in a stepped arrangement; and a plurality of holes (510) in the stepped arrangement for the venting of gas.

摘要： A headgear for positioning a patient interface structure for delivering a pressurized flow of breathable gas to the airways of a patient includes at least one flexible strap loop which is attachable to the patient interface structure by a forked region of the at least one strap loop that is mountable on the patient interface structure. The at least one strap loop positions the patient interface structure on the face of the patient. The forked region includes two forks adapted to be attached to an upper and lower portion on the patient interface structure. The two forks are connected by a bridge so that the forked region is divided into a first region and a second region, and the first region is mountable on the patient interface structure. An elbow for a patient interface system for delivering a flow of breathable gas to a patient includes a first portion having a first end configured to be connected to the patient interface system; and a second portion having a second end configured to be connected to a tube that delivers the flow of breathable gas. An outer circumferential wall includes a plurality of perpendicular steps formed therein and a plurality of vent holes are provided perpendicular to the plurality of perpendicular steps.

摘要： A patient interface system for delivery of a supply of air at positive pressure to the entrance of a patient's airways for treatment of sleep disordered breathing includes an air delivery tube connected to a flexible portion of a plenum; a vent structure having sufficient rigidity to support its own weight under gravity and/or not to block or fold under tube movement or tube drag; and a patient interface structure. The patient interface structure includes a seal forming structure arranged on a top portion of the plenum; and a seal positioning and stabilizing structure connected to a flexible portion of the plenum. The seal-forming structure is substantially decoupled from a tube drag force.

摘要： An automobile accessory to be attached to the inside of the trunk lid. When the trunk lid is open, it provides a horizontal shelf in its operative position. The horizontal shelf provides space and support for various items, such as food and beverages. The device has two planar elements hingedly attached to each other along one edge, respectively. The two opposite edges of the planar elements are attached to each other by flexible adjustable straps. One planar element is fabricated with a uniform pattern of aperatures to cooperate with the trunk lid structure and provide different attachment points necessary for different automobiles. Fasteners, extending through the selected aperatures, are attached to the appropriate points on the inside of the trunk lid by bracket, magnet or otherwise adhered thereto, affixing the planar element to the trunk lid. The length of the straps is adjusted to compensate for the angle of the opened trunk lid by which the other planar element pivots into and is held as a horizontal shelf.
