摘要： A system for injecting an injectate into patient includes a first pressurizable container for holding the injectate; a patient interface in fluid connection with the first pressurizable container, the patient interface being adapted to pass the injectate into tissue of the patient; a powered injector in operative connection with the first pressurizable container to pressurize the injectate; a controller system in operative connection with powered injector; and a stereotactic localization frame adapted to be placed in operative connection with the patient interface to assist in controlling localization of the patient interface. A system for processing cells (and/or other injectate components) includes a container and a plunger adapted to be slidably positioned within the container. The system includes at least one inlet port through which a fluid can enter the system and at least one effluent port through which an effluent can exit the system. The plunger section forms a sealing engagement with the inner wall of the container such that rearward motion of the plunger is adapted to draw fluid into the system via the inlet and forward motion of the plunger is adapted to force effluent out of the system via the effluent port.

摘要： A syringe includes a body and a plunger movably disposed within the body. The plunger includes a wall having an inner surface and one or more inwardly projecting flanges disposed on the inner surface of the wall. Preferably, the inner surface of the wall defines a retaining shoulder formed along an axial plane thereof and the inwardly projecting flanges are radially spaced along the interior surface of the wall and extend in a longitudinal direction proximal to the retaining shoulder. The syringe may be used with an injector including a drive member. The drive member preferably includes at least one retaining member adapted to engage the retaining shoulder of the syringe plunger to allow the drive member to retract the plunger with the body of the syringe. Further, the drive member preferably includes one or more outwardly extending flange members adapted to be engaged by the inwardly projecting flanges of the syringe plungers. The outwardly extending flange members are operably linked to the at least one retaining member such that, when the syringe body is rotated and the inwardly projecting flanges on the plunger engage and move the outwardly extending flange members on the drive member, the at least one retaining member on the drive member is retracted and disengaged from the retaining shoulder of the syringe plunger.

摘要： A swab dispenser system is provided that includes a reusable outer receptacle and a replaceable refill container insertable therewithin. The outer receptacle is formed with a fin projecting vertically upwardly and centrally positioned on the bottom panel of the receptacle. The fin has a horizontal length greater than a width thereof. The refill container on its bottom wall also includes a fin. The fin of the refill container has a hollow interior for form-fittingly receiving the fin projecting upwardly from the receptacle bottom panel. Function of the fin is to allow a consumer to properly orient the refill container when placing same into the receptacle. The fin also functions to direct swabs into a proper arrangement when they are being factory filled into the container. Furthermore, the position and geometry of the fin maximizes the number of swabs fillable into the container.
