摘要： A scraper for a scraper chain conveyor, having a top web, on which a chain attachment region for connecting the scraper to a scraper chain is configured, and having scraper wings for guiding the scraper on side profiles and bottom of a scraper chain conveyor. In order to provide scrapers with which a higher conveying output or a reduction of the drive output to be installed can be achieved, and which also enable a worn or defective scraper to be changed below ground, it is provided according to the invention that the scraper wings consist of a holding portion anchored to the metallic top web and a plastics sliding insert which can be releasably fastened to the holding portion. For the sliding inserts and their retention, various embodiments are proposed.

摘要： A pan section for combined conveying and winning apparatuses having a bottom run and a top run for guiding driver elements of a conveyor chain, as well as a welded frame structure which has two side cheeks which consist of one-piece rolled profiles. The rolled profiles have a constant profile shape with a bottom leg and a top leg, which are angled outwards in the assembled state, and an intermediate leg being provided with an offset for supporting and welding at least one intermediate plate. The pan section further includes a substructure connected to the bottom leg of the rolled profiles to connect both bottom legs to one another at a distance from the intermediate bottom. The substructure also has mounting pieces positioned at the ends below the bottom legs for transverse-force transmission means.

The fixing device comprises a bridge part (60), which has a bridge bar (62) that at least partially overlaps the conveyor chain in a positive-locking manner and ends in two lateral side end portions (61). It also comprises two side parts (70), which are fastenable to the trough element pan and to which the side end portions 61 are releasably securable by positive-locking means. 摘要： The conveyor pan according to the present invention has a framework construction (1) having the bottom run (2) and an interchangeably constructed exchangeable tray (4) forming the top run (3), which can be lifted out, vertically supported on the framework (1). The framework construction (1) of the conveyor pan (50) has two roiled U-profiles forming the side walls of the conveyor pan, each of which has a vertically extending intermediate arm (11), an upper, outwards facing flange arm (12) and, lower outwards facing flange arm (13). The identically constructed but mirror imaged iron U-profiles (10), i.e. with the flange arms (12), (13) arranged facing away from each other, are joined firmly to each other by means of welded on plate strips (5A, 5B) at about half height on the inner wall (14) of the intermediate arm (11), whereby the plate strips (5A, 5B) leave an opening (6) inside the conveyor pan (50), which, with the exchangeable tray (4) removed, can serve as an inspection opening for the scraper chain, not shown, circulating in the bottom run (2) and equipped with scrapers.
