摘要： Glass-ceramic packages for integrated circuits containing multi-layer, interconnected thick film wiring patterns are obtained by co-sintering a glass-ceramic composite and copper, silver, palladium, gold, based conductors at temperatures not exceeding about 1000.degree. C. The dielectric systems include composites of borosilicate glasses and crystalline fillers which are fabricated by either mixing glass frit and the filler or by a sol-gel coating process. The package is fabricated using a tape specifically designed for clean binder burnout in a reducing atmosphere at low temperatures and also for superior mechanical and thermal properties. Metallization, applied by the thick film screening technique, utilized herein has glass-ceramic bonding agents designed to promote adhesion yet maintain the desired electrical properties and post-processing characteristics.

摘要： A practice putter head includes a substantially flat centrally located sweet spot, and a pair of surfaces that will deflect the golf ball when various flaws occur in a putter's stroke. In one embodiment, the putter head has a putting surface that includes a centrally located sweet spot, a proximal end, and an opposing distal end. A distal claw defines an inner distal claw surface that extends forward from the distal end of the putting surface and extends proximally, and a proximal claw defines an inner proximal claw surface that extends forward from the proximal end of the putting surface and extends distally. The putter head may also include a distal surface inclining from the distal edge of the sweet spot and a proximal surface inclining from the proximal edge of the sweet spot.

摘要： Styrenic polymer particles having a uniform particle size distribution are prepared without the formation of fine polymer powders. The suspension polymerization process which comprises providing a stirred, aqueous suspension of polymeric seed particles, adding gradually to the suspension styrenic monomer and polymerizing it therein, and continuing the addition of monomer as the polymerization proceeds, may be improved by introducing the styrenic monomer below the surface of the suspension.
