摘要： An engine system for a machine is disclosed. The engine system may have an intake manifold configured to direct air into a donor cylinder and a non-donor cylinder of an engine. The engine system may also have a first exhaust manifold configured to direct exhaust from the non-donor cylinder to the atmosphere. The engine system may also have a second exhaust manifold configured to receive exhaust from the donor cylinder. The engine system may further have a control valve configured to selectively direct a first amount of exhaust from the second exhaust manifold to the intake manifold. In addition, the engine system may have an orifice configured to allow a second amount of exhaust to flow from the second exhaust manifold to the first exhaust manifold.

摘要： An engine system is disclosed for use with an engine having at least a first cylinder and a second cylinder. The engine system may have a first exhaust manifold fluidly connected to the first cylinder, a second exhaust manifold fluidly connected to the second cylinder, and a recirculation passage extending from the first exhaust manifold to at least one of the first and second cylinders. The engine system may also have a restricted orifice connecting the first exhaust manifold to the second exhaust manifold, a pressure relief passage extending from the first exhaust manifold, and a valve disposed within the pressure relief passage and movable to selectively reduce a back pressure of the first exhaust manifold.

摘要： An Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system for an engine system is provided. The EGR system includes an exhaust gas treatment module positioned upstream of an EGR cooler with respect to an exhaust gas flow direction. The exhaust gas treatment module is in selective fluid communication with an exhaust gas line of an engine. The EGR system also includes a bypass line in selective fluid communication with the exhaust gas line of the engine. The EGR system further includes a valve arrangement configured to route an exhaust gas flow through at least one of the exhaust gas treatment module and the bypass line.

摘要： The exhaust gas recirculation system includes a plurality of coolers arranged in a predefined configuration that are configured to receive a flow of exhaust gas and a flow of coolant therethrough. The exhaust gas recirculation system further includes plurality of valves associated with each of the plurality of coolers. The plurality of valves is configured to regulate at least one of the flows of exhaust gas and the coolant through the corresponding cooler. The exhaust gas recirculation system also includes a control unit configured to selectively switch opening and closing of the plurality of valves such that at least one of the flow of exhaust gas and the flow of coolant through at least one cooler of the plurality of coolers is regulated during an operation of the exhaust gas recirculation system, to actively regenerate the at least one cooler.
