    • The present invention discloses a continuously variable transmission employing an inner-outer spherical traction drive system which uses as a power transmission medium a bevel gear having a traction power transmission surface with an obtuse-angle cone shape. The continuously variable transmission comprises: a gear mounted to rotate with respect to a frame in which the continuously variable transmission is installed, a traction member mounted to rotate coaxially with the gear, power transmission assemblies which include a power roller having a ribbed power transmission part on one side meshed with the gear and a power transmission surface on the other side traction-coupled with the traction member and which transmit torque as the power roller meshes with the gear and traction-couples with the traction member simultaneously, a support member which arranges the power transmission assemblies in a radial direction thereon and supports the power transmission assemblies to couple with the traction member, and a transmission unit which controls the axial position between the traction member and the power transmission assemblies. Therefore, the speed ratio between the gear and the traction member is continuously varied by the transmission unit.

    • This invention touches the planetary gear type transmission which is comprised of a pair of single planetary gear rows are combined, and a carrier of one side and a ring gear of the other side are integrated, and a housing of a transmission is formed with the help of two carriers which operate as an input side and an output side, respectively. The transmission work is implemented by controlling the each sun gear which is rotatably installed at the fixed center shaft to engage or disengage with said center shaft or by controlling an integration and a disintegration of two sun gears. This invention gives the planetary gear type transmission a compact size and a light weight because the carrier plays a role for the housing. The center shaft can be engaged and disengaged with the body of the vehicle. One can choose any mode in an acceleration mode, a deceleration mode and a direct connection mode, without using the clutch and under any mode the planetary gear type transmission transmits the driving force in both ways.

    • The present invention relates to a paper cup, and more particularly, to a foldable paper cup in which a volume of a container is variable, and a method of manufacturing a side paper of the foldable paper cup. The method of manufacturing the side paper of the foldable paper cup includes: a first step of forming a cutting part for dividing a portion of a continuous side paper source paper into upper and lower portions of the side paper; a second step of providing a release part to which the side paper source paper and a film do not adhere on a portion of the upper portion of the side paper so as to laminate the film and the side paper source paper; a third step of cutting a film on one end of the release part and separating the side paper from the side paper source paper in a fan shape; and a fourth step of rolling up the side paper around a forming mechanism to form a container sidewall having a cone shape. A curling part is formed on the entire circumference of an upper end of the side paper of the foldable paper cup manufactured so that upper and lower portions of the container are separated so as to fold a boundary between the upper and lower portions. Here, a bottom paper support part, for supporting a bottom paper inserted into the entire circumference of the lower end of the side paper, is formed. Thus, in the method of manufacturing the foldable paper cup of the present invention, an additional process is performed prior to an existing manufacturing process to utilize the existing process of manufacturing the paper cup as-is. Also, since the manufacturing processes are simplified, additional costs required for manufacturing the foldable paper cup may be inexpensive. In the foldable paper cup of the present invention, the volume of a container of a cup ramen may be reduced to reduce distribution costs in stages of distribution. Also, the foldable paper cup may be easily portable. When the foldable paper cup is used, the foldable paper cup may provide a container having a large volume similar to that of the container of a conventional cup ramen and may also be firm.

    • This invention presents a reverse input prevention clutch bearing assembly in which a forward and a reverse torque inputted from an input side is transmitted to a output side, while locks the transmission of the forward or the reverse torque inputted from the output side to the input side by locking the output side or by separating the output side from the input side. The reverse input prevention clutch bearing assembly has a first rotational member and a second rotational member which are arranged on a coaxial line and has orbit surfaces with different radii and a plurality of rolling members which are arranged in a circumferential shape between the two orbit surfaces so that the outer circumferential surfaces of the rolling members are contact-rotatable. The reverse input prevention clutch bearing assembly also has a cage which supports the rolling members so that the arrangement of the rolling members is maintained and a control member which has a rotational direction gap with respect to the first rotational member and is engaged with the first rotational member so that the torque of the forward and the reverse direction is transmitted with a delay by the gap. The reverse input prevention clutch bearing assembly has a distinguished wedge ring assembly which allows or does not allow the rolling members to rotate based on the change of the rotational direction gap between the first rotational member and the control member and the rotational direction of the control member. The reverse input prevention clutch bearing assembly can be used as one among a reverse input locking clutch bearing assembly, a reverse input shutoff clutch bearing assembly, a reverse input prevention two-way clutch bearing assembly, a reverse input prevention one-way clutch bearing assembly which can choose the lathing direction. The reverse input prevention clutch bearing assembly functions as the chosen clutch of the abovementioned assembly while, at the same time, functions as a bearing when the reverse input prevention clutch bearing assembly is not used as the clutch.

    • The present invention relates to a manual wheelchair wheel, and in particular, to a manual wheelchair wheel with a built-in geared hub through which the speed of a forward or reverse driving force is shifted and said driving force is transferred, and which has an anti-reverse function, wherein the wheel is light and can easily replace existing wheelchair wheels. The wheel comprises: a central shaft having an axial direction hole and a radial direction through-hole and installed so as to not rotate with respect to the frame of the wheelchair; an input member supported on the central shaft and coupled to and rotated together with a handrim; an output member supported on the central shaft and coupled to and rotatable together with the wheel; a planetary gear column including a plurality of planetary gears installed on either the input member or output member, at least one sun gear engaged with a planetary gear, and a ring gear installed on the other one of the input member and output is member and engaged with a planetary gear; at least one shifting clutch enabling or preventing the rotation of the sun gear; a lock-up clutch enabling the input member and the output member to be coupled together and rotate in concert or be disengaged and rotate freely with respect to one another; and a shifting cam rotatably installed in the axial direction hole of the central shaft in order to control the operation of the shifting clutch and the lock-up clutch, wherein a different clutch operates according to the rotating direction/position of the shifting cam to shift between two or more gears and transfer forward and reverse driving force from the handrim to the wheel.
