    • A one-piece molded plastic vehicular enclosure for children is disclosed. The vehicular enclosure, which can either be a car or truck configuration, has a length substantially greater than its width and height. The enclosure includes opposing top and bottom surfaces and opposing side surfaces inner connecting the top and bottom surfaces. The enclosure further includes opposing front and rear surfaces extending between the top and bottom surfaces and side surfaces. The rear surface includes a rear entry opening for ingress and egress of children into and out of the enclosure. The rear entry opening is defined by a cylindrical extension projecting from the rear surface. The rear entry opening has a height and width substantially equal to the distance between the top and bottom surfaces to facilitate ingress and egress into the enclosure by children. Preferably, the rear entry opening is sufficiently large to permit two children to pass one another during ingress and egress relative to the enclosure.

    • A key for unlocking a magnetically attractable locking mechanism retained within the interior of an anti-theft security device. The key comprises a housing which retains a dipole magnet therein. The dipole magnet is of a specifically designed cross-sectional shape configured to be complementary to a recess in the body of the security device. The shape of the magnet permits it to only enter the recess in one orientation and to bring only the appropriate one of the north or south magnetic poles into the proximity of the locking mechanism. The dipole magnet is movable in the housing between an extended position where at least a portion thereof protrudes from the housing, and a retracted position where the magnet is withdrawn entirely into the housing. The magnet is mounted on a spring-biased slide in the housing that is activated to move the magnet between the extended and retracted positions.

    • A lock mechanism is mounted on a pair of vertically spaced merchandise display rods to prevent removal of items of merchandise supported on the lower rod. The lock mechanism includes a housing having a internal lock chamber and a pair of upper and lower slots, each receiving one of the rods therethrough. The lower slot has a side opening enabling the lower rod to pass out of the housing when the housing is pivotally moved on the upper rod to an unlocked open position. A bayonet is slidably moveable in the chamber of the housing and has an elongated slot through which both of the rods extend. A locking device has a magnetically attractable locking tine which locks the housing and bayonet in a closed locked position on the pair of rods. A magnetic key moves the tine to an unlocked position enabling the housing and bayonet to move to an unlocked open position exposing the side opening of the housing lower slot for removing the housing out of engagement with the lower rod.

    • A merchandise display hook for mounting on a display structure includes a one-piece elongated U-shaped rigid member having a pair of spaced parallel rods and a connecting base. A sleeve is secured to the base and telescopically receives a shaft therethrough forming a pivot. A pair of lugs are fixed to outer ends of the shaft and have L-shaped ends which extend through openings in the display structure. Downward movement of the base along the support structure while the rods remain in a horizontal position pivotally move the lugs through and behind the support structure to a securely mounted position on the support structure eliminating the need for any upward angled movement of the display hook to install the hook, enabling the hook to be installed in a confined area.
