The actuator switch (3) controls a probe vibration mode through the generator (12), the actuator assembly (4) comprising at least two piezoelectric ceramic rings (18) assembled with a bolt (15), the horn (5) and a back plated (16). The horn (5) is mounted on the distal end (4b) of the actuator assembly (4), the horn (5) being coupled with the bolt (15) and the piezoelectric rings (18), the at least one disturber (6) and the spring (7) being mounted on the fixed probe (9) using the spring adjusting nut (8). The generator (12) includes a microprocessor and the microprocessor is programmed to control the actuator vibration mode, the fixed probe optimal vibration frequency and the disturbing strength of the disturbers.

    • A liquid crystal panel includes a liquid crystal layer and a substrate. The substrate includes a sealant bonding area, a cutting edge surrounding the sealant bonding area, and an abutting portion disposed between the sealant bonding area and the cutting edge. A height of the abutting portion is less than a thickness of the liquid crystal layer. The present disclosure further provides a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal panel. With the abutting portion disposed outside the sealant, the uncured sealant is limited from flowing to the cutting edge during the process of bonding the TFT substrate and the CF substrate. Thus, the manufacturing process of the liquid crystal panel may not be influenced by the uncured sealant, and the distance L between the sealant and the cutting edge can be shortened to improve the coating precision of the sealant and the utilization rate of the substrate.

    • A liquid crystal panel includes an array substrate. The array substrate forms a peripheral circuit area including a COF module crimping area and a shorting bar area located outside the COF module crimping area, the shorting bar area forming at least one detecting circuit being connected to scan lines or data lines on the array substrate and being removed after the liquid crystal panel is detected. In the present disclosure, the at least one detecting circuit formed in the shorting bar area is removed after the liquid crystal panel is detected, thus, a safe area and a laser cutting area located outside the COF module crimping area can be omitted to improve the utilization rate of the liquid crystal panel.
