    • A tool for use in servicing an LPRM assembly of a nuclear reactor vessel includes a structural member having a first bore that is structured to receive an LPRM device associated with the LPRM assembly, a headpiece provided at a first end of the structural member, and a nut engaging assembly slideably mounted on the structural member. The headpiece has a plurality of projections structured to mate with a plurality of bores provided in a seal of the LPRM assembly to enable the seal to be removed, and the nut engaging assembly has a housing that defines a second bore and that has first and second nut engaging portions. The nut engaging assembly is free to slide along the structural member and over the headpiece to a position wherein the engaging portions extend beyond the headpiece so that they may be used to remove the assembly nut.

    • A water borne craft includes a smooth rounded elongate sailboard type hull of little depth. The hull tapers down in width and in depth from its middle towards its ends and has smooth upper and lower surfaces. A cockpit extends downwardly into the hull from its upper surface to provide a craft usable in canoe mode. The craft also includes at least one removable reversible insert which fits snugly in two modes into the cockpit. The upper surface of the insert in one mode, being a paddle-ski mode, has recesses to accommodate the buttocks and feet of a paddle skier when the craft is used in the paddle ski mode. The opposite surface of the insert is uppermost in the other mode, being the sailboard mode. The opposite surface has structure for mounting a mast so that the craft can be used as a sailboard in this mode.

    • A photovoltaic cell used in a direct energy conversion generator for converting heat to electricity includes a reflective layer disposed within the cell between the active layers of the cell and the cell substrate. The reflective layer reflects photons of low energy back to a photon producing emitter for reabsorption by the emitter, or reflects photons with energy greater than the cell bandgap back to the cell active layers for conversion into electricity. The reflective layer can comprise a reflective metal such as gold while the substrate can comprise heavily doped silicon or a metal.
