    • A method provides information about stations in an irrigation system which are simultaneously active. An irrigation flow curve image is displayed which summarizes flow information for an irrigation system. The method interacts with a user to receive an indication from a user interface pointing device of a position within a flow curve area of the irrigation flow curve image on the display. The method retrieves detail information for stations in the irrigation system which are simultaneously active at a time indicated by the position of the user interface pointing device. Detail information is displayed isolating the stations in the irrigation system which are simultaneously active at the time indicated by the position of the user interface pointing device, wherein the detail information further individually indicates irrigation activity for stations which are simultaneously active at the time indicated by the position of the user interface pointing device.

    • A method, computer program product, and system for routing URL data object requests in a proxy server array. A URL data object request is received at one proxy server of the array while the desired URL data object resides in the local cache of another proxy server in the array. The receiving proxy server will deterministically identify the residing proxy server based on information residing thereon without resorting to expensive query-response transactions, such as those that occur in proxy server arrays using ICP. An array membership list containing array membership information is available at each and every proxy server and is used in conjunction with the URL as the information for identifying the correct proxy server where the URL data object resides. First, a deterministic hash value is computed for each proxy server name and the URL. Next, a combined hash value is computed that combines the URL hash value with each proxy server hash value. Finally, the proxy server with the highest “score” or combined hash value is identified as the proxy server where the desired URL data object should reside in local cache storage. Since the array membership list, the URL, and the hashing algorithm are the same at each proxy server, the same proxy server will be identified as having the URL data object regardless of which proxy server originally receives the URL data object request.

    • Transfer materials are described which are of particular value in sign making applications. The materials consist of a carrier sheet, indicia thereon, usually formed by printing from a printing ink composition and adhesive over the indicia. The dry transfer material may be used in the usual way to assemble a desired legend on a temporary carrier sheet using the pulling power of the adhesive optionally assisted by the "stretch release" technique if the carrier sheet and indicia are appropriately formulated. According to the invention, the indicia are formulated so that following their transfer to build up the desired legend, they may be adhered under the action of heat and pressure without plastic deformation to the surface of a transparent or translucent rigid sign sheet made of polymethylmethacrylate, polyvinylchloride or cellulose triacetate.
