摘要： Disclosed is a slurry drying plant (1) comprising a slurry extruder (3) including a slurry inlet (2) and conveying means (4) arranged to convey the slurry through the slurry extruder (3) and force the slurry out of a plurality of exit openings (5) of the slurry extruder (3) to form a plurality of slurry strings (7), wherein the slurry strings (7) are forced out into a drying chamber (8) in which the plurality of slurry strings (7) is dried. The slurry drying plant (1) further comprises slurry heating means (6) comprising flow means for passing superheated steam past the slurry strings (7) in the drying chamber (8), and inlet pressure detection means (9) for detecting a slurry inlet pressure at the slurry inlet (2). The slurry drying plant (1) also comprises control means (17) arranged to control the conveying speed of the conveying means (4) in response to the slurry inlet pressure. Furthermore, a method for drying slurry and use of a slurry drying plant (1) is disclosed.

摘要： Disclosed is a gasification unit (1) for producing a product gas. The gasification unit (1) comprises a co-current or counterflow pyrolysis unit (2) including a pyrolysis gas outlet (3) arranged at an upper part(4)of the pyrolysis unit (2) and a pyrolysis gas inlet (5) arranged at a lower part(6)of the pyrolysis unit (2). The gasification unit (1) further comprises a co-current or counterflow gasifier (7) including a product gas outlet (8) arranged at an upper part(9)of the gasifier (7) and a gasifier inlet (10) arranged at a lower part of the gasifier (7) and coke moving means (12) for allowing pyrolyzed coke (13) to move from the pyrolysis unit (2) to the gasifier (7). The gasification unit (1) also comprises recycling means (14) arranged to guide at least a part of the pyrolysis gas produced in the pyrolysis unit (2) from the pyrolysis gas outlet (3) and back to the pyrolysis gas inlet (5) and heating device (15) comprising an input conduit (16) arranged to guide pyrolysis gas from the pyrolysis gas outlet (3) to a combustion unit (17) in the heating device (15), wherein the combustion unit (17) is arranged to least a partially oxidize the pyrolysis gas from the pyrolysis unit (2), and wherein the heating device (15) comprises an output conduit (18) arranged to guide heating gas generated by the partial oxidization in the combustion unit (17) to the gasifier inlet (10), where in the heating device (15) is arranged external to the pyrolysis unit (2) and the gasifier (7)and wherein said gasification unit (1) further comprises heat exchange means (19) arranged for heating at least a portion of the pyrolysis gas before it enters the pyrolysis unit (2) through said pyrolysis gas inlet (5) by means of at least a part of the product gas exiting said gasifier (7) through said product gas outlet (8). 摘要： Disclosed is a pyrolysis system (1) comprising a pyrolysis reactor (2) arranged for producing pyrolysis gas and a first condensing unit (3) arranged to cool the pyrolysis gas to a first temperature to condense a first pyrolysis liquid (20). The system further comprises a second condensing unit (4) arranged to cool the pyrolysis gas to a second temperature to condense a second pyrolysis liquid (21), wherein the first temperature is higher than the second temperature. The system also comprises a return conduit (5) arranged to guide a portion of the pyrolysis gas back into the pyrolysis reactor (2) to drive the pyrolysis process, and heating means (6) arranged to increase the temperature of the portion of the pyrolysis gas before it reenters the pyrolysis reactor (2). 摘要： Disclosed is a method for reducing the tar content in pyrolysis gas generated in a pyrolysis reactor (1). The method comprises the steps of: guiding the pyrolysis gas through a filter (2) to remove at least 90% of all the particles in the pyrolysis gas having a particle size down to 7 μ and preferably down to 4 μ from the pyrolysis gas, partially oxidizing the pyrolysis gas in a partial oxidation reactor (3) to remove tar from the pyrolysis gas, and guiding the pyrolysis gas through a coke bed (4) to further remove tar from the pyrolysis gas. Furthermore, a two-stage gasifier (6) is disclosed.

The method comprising the steps of guiding unheated slurry from the livestock farm to a slurry heat exchanger, raising the temperature of the unheated slurry in the slurry heat exchanger to at least 65# Celsius, guiding the at least 65# Celsius hot slurry to an intermediate slurry tank, raising the temperature of the heated slurry to at least 75# Celsius in the intermediate slurry tank, guiding the at least 75# Celsius hot slurry through the slurry heat exchanger to exchange heat with the unheated slurry to raise the temperature of the unheated slurry to the at least 65# Celsius and to cool the at least 75# Celsius hot slurry to at least below 40# Celsius, and guiding the at least below 40# Celsius cold slurry to a slurry reservoir. Furthermore, a slurry treatment plant for reducing methane emission from slurry is disclosed.

The method comprises the steps of guiding the slurry (2) from the livestock farm (1) to a dewatering unit (12) in which the slurry (2) is at least partially dewatered by extracting a watery fraction of said slurry (13), guiding the slurry from the dewatering unit (12) to a steam dryer (3), drying the slurry in the steam dryer (3), guiding the dried slurry (4) into a pyrolysis reactor (5) to produce pyrolysis gas (6) and biochar (7) through a pyrolysis process in the pyrolysis reactor (5), guiding at least a portion of the pyrolysis gas (6) to a combustion unit (8) in which the pyrolysis gas portion is combusted to raise the temperature of the combusted pyrolysis gas (9), guiding the combusted pyrolysis gas (9) to the pyrolysis reactor (5) to drive the pyrolysis process, guiding the combusted pyrolysis gas (9) from the pyrolysis reactor (5) to the steam dryer (3) to increase the temperature of steam (10) in the steam dryer (3), and heating the watery fraction of the slurry 13 to a temperature at least above 75° Celsius by means of the steam (10) from said steam dryer (3). Furthermore, a slurry treatment plant (20) for reducing methane emission from slurry (2) is disclosed.
