摘要： A substrate conveying method conveying a layered body having first and second substrates stacked with a spacer member provided between their respective bottom surfaces facing each other includes receiving the first substrate by holding the first substrate from below its bottom surface using a first holding mechanism provided on a side of a first fork provided above a second fork, and turning the first fork upside down and placing the received first substrate on the second fork; receiving the spacer member held in a substrate holding part by holding the spacer member from above using a second holding mechanism provided on the same side of the first fork as the first holding mechanism, and placing the received spacer member on the first substrate; and holding the second substrate from above its top surface using the first holding mechanism, and placing the received second substrate on the spacer member.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an information processing device including a body having a first surface and a second surface, the first surface being provided with a display unit, the second surface being formed with an opening; and an external unit detachably mounted on the second surface of the body so as to cover the opening. The external unit includes a card incorporating an electronic circuit, a case accommodating the card, and a connector for electrically connecting the electronic circuit of the card to an electronic circuit provided in the body. With this configuration, the versatility of this device can be improved and possible damage to any portion of the device can be prevented. This configuration is suitable for a notebook personal computer or the like.

摘要： A second enclosure is coupled to a first enclosure for relative rotation around a rotation axis. The second enclosure rotates around the rotation axis in the opposite directions from a reference attitude. The second enclosure is prevented from further rotating in the first direction beyond the first rotation angle from the reference attitude. The second enclosure takes the first angular attitude. The second enclosure is also prevented from further rotating in the second direction opposite to the first direction beyond the second rotation angle from the reference attitude. The second enclosure takes the second angular attitude. The displaying unit indicates either of the first and second directions at least when the second enclosure takes the first angular attitude. The displaying unit in this manner enables the user to easily recognize an acceptable direction for the rotation of the second enclosure.
