摘要： A method for calculating hematocrit in blood includes: applying a blood sample to a reagent layer on an electrochemical test strip; sequentially applying a first high positive voltage and a second high positive voltage to the blood sample, in which the second high positive voltage is greater than the first high positive voltage, and the first high positive voltage is greater than or equal to 1.0 V; calculating a quantity of electricity corresponding to the period of applying the second high positive voltage; and calculating a hematocrit of the blood sample according to the quantity of electricity.

摘要： The electrochemical biosensor strip includes an electrode layer, a spacer, a reagent layer and a cover layer. The electrode layer is disposed on a substrate, and the electrode layer includes a first electrode, a second electrode and a third electrode. The spacer is disposed on the electrode layer, and the spacer includes a first opening, a second opening and a groove which are not communicated with each other. The groove is recessed inwardly from a side of the spacer. The first and second openings are adjacent to the groove. The first opening, the second opening and the groove respectively correspond to and expose the first electrode, the second electrode and the third electrode. The reagent layer is disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode, and the reagent layer is not disposed on the third electrode exposed from the groove. The cover layer is disposed on the spacer.

The determination method is performed for a biochemistry detection strip which includes first and second electrodes and a reaction area coupled to the first and second electrodes. The determination method includes steps of: disposing a to-be-detected object in the reaction area; applying a first voltage to the reaction area through the first and second electrodes to obtain a first value; stopping applying the first voltage to the reaction area for a first period; applying a second voltage to the reaction area through the first and second electrodes to obtain a second value; stopping applying the second voltage to the reaction area for a second period; and obtaining a determination index, which represents a filling situation of the to-be-detected object in the reaction area, according to the first and second values. Polarities of the first and second voltages are inverse to each other.
