The method includes transmitting a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection request message indicating a first release version to the network, receiving an RRC connection setup message indicating a second release version from the network, comparing the first and second release versions, determining whether there is a third release version lower than the first release version and higher than the second release version when the second release version differs from the first, and, if there is the third release version lower than the first release version and higher than the second release version, transmitting an RRC connection request message indicating the third release version to the network when the second release version differs from the first release version.

    • The present invention generally relates to a liquid crystal panel using a thin film transistor and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically to a liquid crystal panel using a thin film transistor and a manufacturing method thereof for improving an opening ratio by forming a storage capacitor under a channel. The present invention has suggested a method for effectively contacting an upper electrode for forming a capacitor with a lower electrode since the storage capacitor is located under the channel. Compared to a prior art in which one of storage capacitor electrodes is formed side by side with a channel of a thin film transistor, capacitor electrodes formed according to the present invention are located near to a substrate, thereby forming contact electrodes in many times without forming them one time.

    • An organic EL device and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The organic EL device comprises a substrate having a first electrode arranged on an active region, at least one organic material layer formed on the first electrode, a second electrode formed on the organic material layer so as to extend to an inactive region of the substrate to allow heat of the device to be dissipated to an outside therethrough, and a seal-cup facing the second electrode while being sealingly connected with the second electrode at a seal line via a sealant. The organic EL device can effectively lower an interior temperature of the device while preventing degradation thereof, thereby remarkably increasing lifetime thereof, and enhance interface stability of the device, thereby remarkably suppressing degradation in characteristics of the device.
