摘要： Provided is a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration containing a 5-HT.3 receptor antagonist, which is suitable for self-medication because of good preservation stability, low synthesis, good uniformity and good external appearance, and good smoothness in throat, and easiness to be taken. Concretely, it is a jellied pharmaceutical composition for oral administration containing a 5-HT.3 receptor antagonist, a gelatinizing agent, and water; and having a pH of 7 or less. In particular, there is provided the pharmaceutical composition, where the gelatinizing agent is carrageenan, pectin, agar, alginic acid, sodium alginate, gelatin, manna, Kodak, konjakmannan, glucomannan, chitosan, xanthan gum, tamarind seed polysaccharide, gellan gum, karaya gum, or cassia gum, or preferably the pharmaceutical composition further containing a thickener.

摘要： This invention provides a package comprising a formed product, formed by heat welding a sheet-like planar polymeric film to form the film into a cylindrical form. The formed product is filled with a gel product and a viscous paste product as contents, which are very stable and are not separated from water, together with gas. In this package, upon opening, the gel product is easily discharged without adhering or sticking to a surface of contact with a polymeric film surface, and, further, the whole quantity of the paste product is discharged into the formed product without adhering and staying.

The jellied medical composition for oral administration is contained in a disposable container made of a synthetic resin and composed of a shell being deformable under forcing and capable of containing the composition therein, a ring neck with a small diameter connected to the shell, and a handle serving as the closed end of the neck and connected to the neck in a breakable manner, wherein the neck is opened to provide a spout for pouring the composition when the handle is broken away from the neck.
